Totally agree on both your sentiments on the overall situation. Its very sad what is happening in Ukraine at present but one day Russia will be accountable for their actions.

Hopefully Helium one can pull it off this year in what DM says " 2022 is going to be a discovery year".

As DM have said, "as a board we a looking at the best solution for share holders to minimise dilution but also to maximise the upside in the event of a discovery, so we are open to a number of groups to secure to develop and finance without giving to much away at the front".

I feel that after making a statement like this is that the company are very tuned in with the current situation and when news follows in the next few weeks it will be very positive. I personally would not like to call what the news would be, but as a large shareholder it's a nice feeling to hopefully have a few options alonsgide a world wide Helium shortage at the same time.

Over all we are in a better place this time, the company I'm sure learned from last year, no two years are the same. Lots of options on the table going forward. News will come when it's ready.

Talking of women, I blame Magie Thatcher for introducing me to stocks and shares when she started privatising companies like British gas and the building societies, that was over 35 years ago. Those were the days when we had a share certificate for each company we owned.
Now its all done on trading platforms with nominee accounts, at least these days with internet trading life is so much easier and quicker.

Anyway some interesting developments not to far away with He1. Looking forward to the next few weeks.

Thanking you for your reply, I to was inves5ted in Sirius minerals and managed to get out before they were bought out by Anglo American. I fully understand where your coming from on that one.
As you probably know He1 are a high risk company to invest in but the rewards could be potentially massive.I personally feel the upside is greater than the downside.

Helium one are an exploration company, exploration companies do not make money until they hit a discovery.

As I previously said we are at an advanced stage of exploration and after phase 1 we are now substantially derisked with a working Helium system in place.

The value of the of the company will change dramatically once they get that discovery opening up many doors and at that stage making money dosnt become an issue if your well managed.

All serious investors invest accordingly after doing their due diligence.

What's not to like?,

At advanced stage of exploration, Substantially derisked working helium system, All testing 2d Seismic, Ms.specroscopy, ERT, Airbourne Gravity Gradiometery and Qemscan tests all completed. Exceptional levels of support from the Government in Tanzania. Advancing towards a discovery in 2022.

Oh, almost forgot, awaiting a deal to be announced soon.

Where I'm coming from is this,..clearly He1 are currently working on something that will be revealed when the timing is right for all parties.

I feel the longer it is taking the bigger the news will be. Just a simple thought but could be very effective.

I would even go as far as saying the next news could even be massive and the mother of all RNS's and catch a lot of people out.

The last news we had from He1 was on 28th March, that's 14 days ago or only 10 trading days thats including today.

Don't understand why some posters are loosing the plot. If you dont believe in He1 or even where they currently are then sell.

If your sat on the fence then sell some and keep what your happy with. We all know the rewards can be massive, I feel we all need to chill until the news drops.

In my honest opinion the upside is greater than the downside.

Today, so far today there have been 165 RNS's released by companies, this number I feel is lower than a normal trading day, possibly due to lack of sentiment in the market due to the four days trading this week because of Easter. Next week might be similar. Could some companies be holding news back with this in mind?. If not its giving He1 more valuable time to release something positive.
