Guys, we all know that this share can be a Rollercoaster after last year, but the way I honestly see it presently taking everything into consideration and awaiting for the all important news to drop is this could go quite quickly down to 7p or with reallygood news up to 20p+.

Spot on with your post comparing He1 and Sirius minerals.

As you writley say no comparison whatsoever.

When comparing A with B the parameters need to be as identical as possible in this case the CAPEX sadley was Sirius's downfall but who are now owned by Anglo American.

Hope all is well my friend.

As you rightly pointed out ,I forgot to mention some large and small contributors who are excellent to this board, but there are to many to mention, there are also the readers who sit there and just read our messages, I was one of them initially, until you find you need to say and share something.

Yesterday we all had a taste and a whisper of what's to come soon and was just reasurance for all the holders that are sat on the fence , news will be revealed very shortly I'm sure.

As we know news will be released when they are ready and only ready, so at this mou the negotiations must be close to being finalised.

We must all remember that positively brings inner strength. Negativity eats away at the soul.

Today is confirmation to the share holders that He1 is still on track and not derailed as some had feared.
This bodes well for an anouncement which should be imminen as you say.

If you believe in He1 my advise is to ignore the daily share price until it reaches your goals.

The 2d seismic were completed on 25th Dec 2021, there were Multiple areas of interest in a previously unsurveyed part of the Rukwa Rift Basin as stated at the AGM.
Not sure where you heard of the 2d seismic taking us outside our licence area?

Agree with you that we cant be far off news, but how long is a piece of string comes to mind. I think we are all exhausted second guessing what day or week the RNS will drop.
One thing Im sure is the news will be sooner rather than later.

Agree to a certain degree but from a positive perspective, all other companies are in the same boat with world events and not forgetting Helium will be in more demand taking Russias 25% World Helium supply off the western market.

It should be a better day on the stock markets today. Hopefully this will reflect in He1 regaining some ground in yesterday's price drop. For us LTH it was just another day until news drops. At the end of the day the markets will take care of themselves.

Wether the share price is 6p or 16p you will always get sellers and with no news this will not help. If Helium one are close to disclosing news then probably early May would be more beneficial than currently as there is not much sentiment in the markets at present and companies can take this factor into account.

As I've said before, I believe the longer it takes for the news to come out the bigger the news will be when it comes through.

The current trend seems to be buy on a Friday and sell by Tuesday, this sooner or later will catch a lot of shorters out when news drops.

We all know this can be a rollercoaster and my seatbelt is fully secure and feel very comfortable and holding tight until the big day.

I also feel there will be a few RNS's in a short space of time after the first one drops.

If you won £100million on the euro lottery I'm sure you wouldn't care that much of possibly tripling your money when news drops.

You probably would get a position on the board as money talks and then be in an envious position of knowing what is going on in the within the company, this as us shareholders know is probably priceless at the mou.

Unbelievably quite, I agree, but it will be worth the wait.

We have the money and backup option when required, all the data is looking positive, we are sitting on massive potential as a company and we have an experienced board to deal with it.

There is a reason for this delay and it will not just be positive when news drops but I have a gut feeling that it will be bigger than big.

Excellent post with a lot of detail within, your post has made up for the lack of any RNS although not expecting one this week.
As we all know these are exciting times for He1, we are in a much better position now than last year and I'm sure lots of work going on in the background before news breaks.

On the 11/04 price was 9.8p, since then over 16% share price increase over 3 last trading days.
Currently 11.48p, good time to buy back in, as news is coming soon.

According to Zac on Vox markets, 10p has now been breached, now looking at next level of 15p. With news shortly this should bide well.
