As I've said previously one of the reasons I personaly invested in He1 is that we have a very experienced Ian Stalker at the helm.

Last year was it passion, enthusiasm, confidence or even deliberate, or it could have been a combination of all , only oneself can decide.

One thing we mustn't forget though is that He1 started drilling only 6 months after their admission to AIM. They certainly crammed a lot in in such a short amount of time, and if they managed a discovery on their maiden drill then this conversation wouldn't be happening.

In the AGM on March 14th, Ian said something like, we do not want to dilute shares in the company as there are also other options , so Im sure they are conscious of the decisions they make for the future development of He1.

I genuinely believe they are making the correct decisions for the shareholders.

He1 are going for that all out discovery this year, how ever they achieve this will certainly open up new options for all going forward.

Obviously He1 have learned by how they went about things they done last year, as an example RNSs are now less frequent, and so are interviews, company posts on Twitter etc etc. Probably passion got the better of them.
The news flow is now more in line with the majority of mining companies wether we like it or not, but IMHO is now done in a more professional manner.

Agree with you when you say ' a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush'. haven't heard thatone for a while.

Regarding, 'who made the decision not to test any of the shows and proceed to total depth'.

DM did say on record before the drill broke, ' We are very excited to have helium in drilling mud from very shallow depth. Drilling will now continue to the base of the lake bed formation at which point we will run wireline tools to obtain more detailed formation evaluation.".

Thankyou for clearing that up, for all we know, and I suspect it was, the drilling contractors could have screwed up (excuses pun) last year. We will never know , but Helium one handled it in a professional manner in my opinion.

Hope alls well my friend, your tone seems to have changed, only a few weeks ago you were very positive in your posts, now you seem to be seeking direction and advise.
The RNS on 11th August should answer most of your concerns, but I still don't know why you used the word 'fishy' when the facts haven't changed since the Phase one campaign.

Just like to mention that Atlas Copco also have offices in the UK and ExxonMobil use their services, especially their compressors. How do I know this? I worked for ExxonMobil in the UK.

Let's see how this pans out, could be interesting if or when we get that discovery.

Every day can be a challenge. Learning something new every day has got to be a good thing.
Hash browns, cornbeef hash and hash tags all ok, but leave the hash alone unless it's for madisamol purposes.( only saying as you mentioned the word cracked).

Last year when Helium one came to market the markets were in bull territory even though we were still in a pandemic at the time.
Now with pandemic almost out of arms reach the aftermath from this pandemic is now upon us putting massive pressure on companies trying to get back to normal, and of course we mustn't forget what's happening in Ukraine which is
having a knock on effect to investing and markets.

It's not just He1 finding it difficult to find new investors at the moment and as skittish said this could be a brilliant buying opportunity especially if we get the discovery compared to where we currently sit.

Over the next few weeks even though He1 PR machine are now doing their rounds after a quite few months of no news this is not enough.
The only way this current cycle will positivity change and hopefully within the next two or three weeks is when we announce the rig contract and who knows, maybe a large shareholder coming on board.

It all comes down to, do you believe in what DM is saying, personally I do, he is very passionate in what he is doing, some people call it hype, there is a fine deciding line between hype and passion when your a CEO, I have full trust in the announcements since the AGM back in March, ok he did drop a clanger by saying we will hear by the end of Q1 who what and where, but this is business and these things can happen.

I believe that Helium one can pull this one off and as said before we just need to be patient and then hopefully we will then be rewarded.

Your 4 years old this month, well that is on LSE, joining 23rd May 2018.

Lets hurry up and get that discovery in 2022 and then you will have to find a new name for your secret hero DM.
You can then put a picture of DM on your bedroom wall along side your other super hero, superman.

Getting the rig deal done and that initial first 500k buy will be the catalyst for attracting more investors. He1 are now clearly working on more exposure, I'm sure lots of news to come.

In your post you kinndly supplied 2 links, what I found interesting,

I think it was dated 14th March ( date of our AGM, but only a coincidence)

A Canadian miner called Ivenhoe acquired a stake in SA Helium and LNG producer Renergen.

Initially taking a 4.35% stake through an initial placement.
Under the agreement this could increase by up to 25% through market related.
After a second placing and once a 120 day due dilligence takes place there is a option to take up to 55% of the share holding in Renergen.

Just goes to show what is and can happen in the current Helium market.
