Eric Chang, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Cellular Goods, is stepping down from the board and leaving the Company on the 15th of April 2022. The Company will not appoint another Chief Operating Officer.



A new position of Chief Supply Chain Officer is being created to strengthen the operational management team, improve efficiency in delivering the Company's strategy and reduce its cost base. Nikhil Vijayan has been appointed as the Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective from 28 March 2022. Nikhil will be based in London, providing a talent upgrade to the Company's UK operations.



Nikhil has a track record of more than 14 years in supply chain management with high-level industry experience at leading consumer goods organisations including Procter & Gamble ("P&G") and professional services leader Deloitte.



While at P&G, Nikhil's responsibilities included leading end-to-end supply chain operations for a number of products in the company's baby care, feminine care, pet care and healthcare ranges, and successfully directing a team of planners to develop production strategies for the company's sizeable fabric conditioner product portfolio across three manufacturing sites in Europe. In his role at Deloitte, he focused on supporting consumer clients with the design and delivery of large-scale supply chain transformations.



Eric, who is based in Vancouver, and has served as Chief Operating Officer since February 2021, was part of the team that oversaw Cellular Goods' listing on the London Stock Exchange and the successful launch of the Company's inaugural 'Look Better' (skincare) and 'Feel Better' (supplements) product ranges in December 2021.

Not in the slightest bit interested in your I am a business man Investor rhetoric. Why are you even here on the Board, you are not invested, just DO ONE. Thats my business advice to you.

You are a half full kind of guy aren't you. To me it boils down to as simple as this.

You believe in what CG are doing and that means you are in it for the long run. That means sitting tight and letting them get on with what they are doing. Whatever that entails, raising more funds in the future, more advertising etc etc etc. could be 1 year could be 2-3 years. If you want a quick profit, you are in the wrong place .

Or you don't like what they are doing, you don't agree with the way they are doing it. If thats the case, sell up, take the loss and DO ONE!

Stop *****ing, get on board or Jog on. They have a clear path forward, wether you agree with it or not. Whatever you ***** about will have no effect on them at all. They are doing what they believe to be the correct thing, if you don't like it or agree with them leave.

The campaign will run over the next two months and feature advertisements to be displayed at more than 100 digital screens and high impact print billboards across prominent high street locations in London and Manchester. In addition, more than 20 digital screens will feature the advertisements at health and fitness destinations at David Lloyd and Harbour Clubs in London.



The move is part of Cellular Goods' nationwide marketing campaign which kicked-off with the publication of a white paper highlighting the age prevention benefits of cannabigerol (CBG) and cannabidiol (CBD) used in its products and the start of product sales on Amazon Marketplace from February this year.



The outdoor push is aimed at promoting Cellular Goods' Look Better (skincare) and Feel Better (supplements) product ranges. The advertisements will appear on different dates and durations on each location.

This is the FIRST major marketing campaign they have launched as they promised they would. If your figures are correct, they will still have 6m left in 2 months time and the sales will have picked up and the new movement range will be due.

4 days into a 2 month marketing campaign and I can't believe we are not up to 50p already FFS, give the marketing a chance to work and stop criticising every little price drop and movement in the market. It really doesn't help.

Just checked on Amazon. When we first went live on Amazon and you searched " Serum" we where so far down I lost count of the pages. Now if you search Just serum, we are half way down page 2. Thats a MASSIVE improvement in a few short days.
Obviously if you search Cellular goods serum, we are the top of page 1, but just "Serum" is really improving. Just need more feedbacks and it will continue rising.

We have been waiting for ages for everything to line up. The website is sorted, the full range is available and the marketing has started. I know we had a big rise yesterday and thats not sustainable. I did think, however,we would have a slow rise going forward. so to drop back down slightly was a bit unexpected. What do we all think?
