I think this is definite confirmation of a Livento/ Iconic tie up (as spotted by yours truly on the Iconic webpage). Announcement tomorrow. Looks like my earlier forecast could be right. Hang onto your Hollyhocks everyone. Scream if you wanna go faster!
None of us knows what is going on behind the scenes. Networking is a good thing. It’s how business is done. Perhaps he’s looking to take on board people with AI knowledge. Seems to be the next big thing. My prediction is that there will be an RNS tomorrow announcing a reverse takeover, a sketched out prospectus and a provisional date for lifting the suspension.
Livento posted the following on Twitter a few mins ago. Don’t know what it means for Icon. If anything...
$NUGN Livento's spent months of preparation w/ international investors for our long awaited Eurodot IPO! We've had a great month of business w/ Eurodot, $5M Chainraise funding & our robotics/A.I. acquisition. Official PR coming Tuesday for Eurodot. First of many to come for 2023!
Woody. Of course! They’ve gone to all this trouble of getting out of administration. Sorting out the debts. Stybr is the glue holding it together with all these companies, ably aided by Bradders.
The website is virtually the same. They’ve been working at it since last September.
Let’s bloody get on with it!
Gs if you look back on these posts, you will see that I actually saw a Livento graphic on the Iconic website when they were redoing it. It was hastily removed.
Also, as both companies are seeking opportunities in AI, the forum may be interested in this link which outlines the amazing potential of the technology.

I reckon they are tying loose ends up, preparing a case for relisting and THEN we will know what the future direction is. A good poker player doesn’t show his cards until the money’s on the table. Let’s hope we hold a good hand.
David Stibr is a man of many parts. Definitely a great name to have onboard Iconic.
Aside from Livento, he is also the founder of this film production company -Boxo- which looks to be going places. Great trailer. Hope we can find out soon what’s being planned.

“ We are trying to get to one of the main stock exchanges as soon as possible, and this is just the process on the way. We are looking to create out of Livento, a billion-dollar company. We want it to succeed. We want it to be big and large. And we know that with our AI tool and with our movies (BOXO Productions), we are able to reach it. We have a lot of clever people in the company, and we have a lot of clever advisors that are helping us to get here, so I believe we have the right set up to achieve it.”
HNY everyone (I hope!). Strangely enough, very briefly there was a graphic relating to Livento on the Iconic website. That’s what alerted me.
I’m definitely holding till all this unfurls.
I see the derampers and prophets of gloom are already hard at work and we’re not even relisted!
What I find interesting is that David Stybr is CEO of Livento Group in America which has experience in what Iconic are planning (acquisition of AI companies, media, tech) as well as a claimed 20 million dollars in assets.
As he’s on the board of Iconic, there looks that there MIGHT be some sort of tie up to bring Livento to the U.K. main market via Iconic’s full listing. I’m no expert about how these things are done so might be completely wrong. Look them up and make your own assumptions.
Let’s see what transpires.
Here’s a quote from Livento Group’s interesting website...
New York, NY, December 12, 2022 – Livento Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: NUGN), a dynamic group that specializes in acquiring and developing companies with disruptive business models in film, content, and technology for fund managers, announced today signing a binding Letter of Intent for the acquisition of a Software Engineering Company focused on AI and Robotics.
“We are excited to announce that we finalized our due diligence and valuation negotiations,” commented David Stybr Livento Group CEO. “We are at the stage where we have confirmed our intentions in the transaction, and we have drafted the final closing documentation and established the process regarding this acquisition. We assume we will sign the final documentation in January 2023, at which point, full information about the transaction will be released including a future business plan of how this acquisition helps the Acquired company and Livento Group achieve its objectives”
I’m getting quite excited now.
There’s a mention on the website of Livento Group.
Guess their motto? Always a step ahead.
They are an established US company who, I guess, are seeking a foothold over here.
Here’s their website. It ties up.

Seems I was more or less right!
“ Iconic is a media and technology business focused on the identification, acquisition and growth of technology driven companies in the online media, artificial intelligence, and big data gathering, processing and analysis sectors.
We work with lean online companies that can scale rapidly, operate internationally with an inexpensive footprint, and provide a broad array of services across various sectors through the effective use of information and video gathering, data mining, just in time processing, and online collaboration technology. ”
“Always a step ahead” signifies to me some sort of inventive technological aspect...breaking new ground in something or other. Software, communications , digital media...hardware..
They’ve been working on something in the last 18 months. Any other best guesses?
Anyway, the operative word is “soon.”
