only use betnovate scalp application on my head,az its a liquid and doesnt make a mess..... use alphaderm cream on my body az it isnt az greast az alphaderm ointment.... az long az its got hydrocortisone in it,then the make of ointment cream doesnt matter..(skin steroid)..... i put cream on an area then put electricians tape(or something similar from the chemists) over the top of it to keep the cream on it 24hours a day and stop the cream from messing my clothes up......works 4 me.....

got a stranglers cd somewhere,sweet and trex to,just collecting dust with the reast of em,wouldnt sell them though.... once went to castleton/buxton,round that way on ,youth hosteling when i was a kid(?)..long winding river,through a gorge like teerain,great big trees growing in the rock faces,it was very spooky,do you ever go round that erea..?... couple of guys go mountain walking in scotland somewhere,they reckon its brilliant,they even go when its snowing..lol.lol... ridingwaves?where;s he got to..?....?.....
