FP - I don't know if you have read this, I'm far from a fan of TW's work and I think he would be better suited to the daily mail but, it is interesting speculation regarding the 2011 accounts of QPP and it certainly gives good for thought as to why the market is marking qpp down so heavily - http://www.shareprophets.advfn.com/views/7279/quindell-what-percent-of-2011-sales-came-from-the-covert-sale-of-quindell-shares-almost-50-and-more-than-100-of-profits He's actually been contacted by qpp's lawyers and asked to stop posting articles which he is refusing to do as convinced he's rite.. I certainly don't know enough about it all to comment but worth being aware of non the less.

Opened a Dax short last night at 9389 SL @ 9414 - guess what the high of the day was before dropping 100 pips.... 9414 ... These indices really seem to dislike me.

Stopped out on 2 of my gold positions over night ith 4 more running taken the stops off and letting them run as F4 said medium term is a no brainier and these will be running very long term so not too fussed (as long as e dont go bellow 1230 :-) FP loving your votes of confidence towards QPP best of luck All have a good prosperous day.

just opened another 2 lots on gold ... sl 1279 .. time to say my prayers :-/ fingers and everything else crossed, i really dont see this going down from here.

Morning guys. F4 - Good summary of gold.. I added another long at 1293.5 tho i am considering just scaping this one... Gold is headed to the end of the weekly triangle formation and it does look bearish.. We will have a bigger faster move within the next 40 hours no doubt. I've got tight SL on at the moment and will consider going short if we break through 1284 possible target 1267..?! Still holding all longs. 80% of the market is long on gold at the moment (and quite rightly so) but this does sometimes seem as if it hinders the movements ie. if 80% were short we would be going up and vise versa... this can't carry on forever tho and i'm still sure we wont go sub 1240 again.. or at least i hope not time will tell as ever. FP - Cheers for your reply mate. If i'm honest I really do hope that QPP shows everyone that has doubted them they have not been playing dirty all this time... Tom Winnifrith has been slating QPP on a daily basis for far to long.. Evil Kan-evil has recently stated it is the best shorting stock of 2014 ... as you've said they really prove to be cash positive as there is only so long you can have profit on the books without it being made tangible. If i'm honest I have steered very clear from an investing point of view there has just been to many things at play (the shorting attack being one) that make it a messy investment imo .. that can / could easily change tho. I will be reading the financial results in the morning with great interest. GLM, have a good round in the afternoon.

Hot not a bad time to go long on gold mate. SL high 1280's or if your wanting tighter 1291 it shouldn't break resistance 1295... Famous last words ;-) FP - I've been meaning to ask, you seem very bullish on QPP £5-£10 targets by end of next year... May I ask why so confident?

Hoping gold stays above c1294 as i see this s a corrective wave and am hoping / awaiting a big surge upwards possibly this week or next.. Going to open another lot Wednesday if its still not spiked through support... Fells like Bullish consolidation within the c1300 range.. unless the arse falls out of it which i very much doubt. Russia is steering away from the $ now and buying up more gold due to the sanctions ... thus far however it seems to have had little effect sure the big boys are in control.. time will tell. SL at 1287... Looks like all of you have had a good run on the indices .. good skills they can be pretty lethal (i have found) if you catch it wrong but looks like you have all had a good run so ... thumbs up :-)

Targetting c1322 for gold this week... possible drop back to c1296 before making a faster move upwards... Looks to me like gold has already bottomed out.. Don't take my word for it :-)

Hoping that's the last time gold visits the 1200's... Has played out perfectly for me so far... Slice at 1340 and leaving the rest to run for the foreseeable. 1450 by Christmas and the bear run will be over. Have a good weekend all.

long on gold at 1296 SL 1271 targeting 1340 first and then hopefully 1360.

Yes mate so close. Sadly didn't have the money in that account to cover it and thought I was just bellow second support... I might hold off on the indices till I see it topping out again do you think the dax will be hitting 10,000 again any time soon?
