It's just that 88e is a tincy part of my p/f so no worries whatever 88e does. I bought it on a whim tbh and only as a trade for time being so thanks but seriously, dont waste your time on it for me. If anything, just tell me Nasdaq is going to plummet and I'll be all ears lol!!

I agree with you though it's a symmetrical triangle. Things abt EWT is all the abc/adbcde within the corrective waves and not only are there the main 5 waves but you then have a subset of more waves within those waves. Cripes!! :(

No wonder no EWT ever agree with each other hehe!!

Do appreciate the insights. First time Ive ever come across stats within techs and though I will take heed of what you;ve said, I shall ignore the stats aspect if you dont mind. I dont want those governing my trades. Enough mishmash to consider as it is for me pea-sized brain!!

Tbf Brainer, over the past few weeeks I wldnt say peeps got it wrong.

For those of us buying from 70s to the mid 60s I'd say we got it right when we then sold in the 80s where it stagnated and it was time to bank (imho). That was a 30% rise....

FOOT was actually doing/consolidating very nicely prior to Monday's RNS which has once again set it back unfort'y....but therein lie the opportunities me thinks. GL:)

They change ther minds on a monthly/quarterly basis according to where the sp si rather than any sound judegement, opinion or fundamentals; are very rarely accurate and I wld never trade *any* share according to a Broker's Note.

One of the least significant, accurate factors to take into consideration imho....but each to their own...! :)

So this 75%/25% tbh is redundant to my style of trading and I dont trade according to it. Just trading off the tecchs whether it be a trade of longer hold, and I think there's some confusion as I didnt ask for an 88e chart??

Tbh I think it's too much of a generalisation to say the retail sector is in a downtrend. There are many sectors within retaill and they all differ and are impacted by factors such as seasonality etc.

I think e'thing shd be assessed according to its own merits rather than generalised imho....;)

One retail chain may do badly and the other within the same domain may do very well. Online presence is a v siginficant factor also....so I judge each accordingly....and just combining with techs as of recently:)

Regardless of this, the current sp level does not reflect the true value of FOOT imho but as said, time will tell.....

Too early to say yet but I suspect this is being watched by many claiming one minute 'wont buy, no bounce coming, it's heading lower' blah blah blah (seen it all this morning) and yet I bet they all jump in once (if?) the bounce/rise/reversal starts....

Hope for the LTH it does as this is oversold based not just on techs (look at the RSI, Stoch etc) but also on fundamentals irrespective of the recent RNS....do the maths re. the figures.....AIMHO.....

Not sure why many claim Retail is dying etc. Err, it's always going to exist...will there not always be a demand and hence a market, surely whether it be online or otherwise??

OK, so we've had the gold bulls calling 1450-1500 and so far got 1160 :))

We've had the DAX bulls calling 14000 and now heading towards 11000s.

Now we have the SPX bulls calling 3000s. Gimme 2600-700 pleeeeeeeease!!

PS How do you distiniguish from your MA50 and 200 as both in red. Assuming 50mA more closely aligned to recent PA than 200 so easy to tell....?
