It's total nonsense.

Short was doing well since last week and was surprsied it dropped so much quite quickly.

But any indice that tanks and then spikes that much in mins is nonsense whether it be NQ, SPX etc. Strange thing is the other 3 barely went up yet this went to day's highs.

Suspicion they were looking to fill the gap so if it doesnt achieve a higher high for remainder of day, that was the 'goal'.

And if resumes in alignment with the projected targets from me butterfly, I will let the matter go and not go looking for Trump....We can thus hopefully resume downward trend, grrrrrr......5 point movement for over an hr now. WTH??

Lol, I was thinking that the other day ie why arent I using IG's?

Answer: B/c last yr when I was going to first start learning ie when you demanded I fax my h/w, I opened up IG's system having gone to great lengths of figuring out how to 'get at it' and .....and. well, that was it.

I looked at it blankly for a long time. A very long time. Suddenly, my brain started letting out some smoke, actually alot of smoke, so thereafter I promptly closed it down and never looked at it again :)

Last month I started off on the one Im using and for me i needed 'simple'. VERY. Simple.

But give me a few wks when I actually get the hang of techs first, I think I will move to IG's and see if I can come up with charts that look at least as 10% as impressive as yours:)

Err, no, butterflies etc are not really based on channels just like PA doesnt literally mean 'action' lol; that did make me laugh ;)

This is the weakest week of the year for a number of reasons so v hopeful personally of indices dropping further.

My bearish butterfly has played out beautifully so far. I only hope we get to the stage of pulling its wings right off. Abruptly :D..............

Flipping heck. After posting the chart, it did indeed hit lows, in fact double bottom I think, and has since bounced.

The lack of liquidity is putting me off as is the spread but else lows cld be in. I will attempt to rechart in the next 24 hrs....

The gap above is appealing to me, as always! :)
