Looks like someone pumped it then dumped it in the middle of the buys, RABGBR. On fundamentals they seem pricey. They were falling back to 1.50 - 1.75ish. Could go lower on a few sells with that large spread.

Coms had a value of 20p on this a few weeks ago. The only reason they walked was because pinn turned it down. Real value 30p+ imo. New management will transform this company. Looks like a few return buyers back for more.

thanks guys, sold out a couple of weeks back, no news came or looks due, so a fall back to sub 1p here, so not worth the wait or risk, been in a few gold miners since with good return. Try thr, ggp, possibly stg. 5-10 baggers within months imo.

What they do have are propeties in the three strongest economies in europe, they seem to have quality tenants and a decent revenu and low vacancy rate, and the management seem to becoming surprisingly optomistic. Watch other real estate companies for outlook guidance, looking more positive on a sales, vacancy and refinancing level.

Tempting. Anyone investing even punt money here could be very well rewarded Basically all that has to happen is an uplift in the sector, already happening, an increase in valuation and yields, , not beyond the realmls of possibility. Yields here are very impressive, sooner or later the increased nav and accumulated cash from yields could be used to paydown debt and rerate the ltv to respectable levels.
