Sorry for you rednight, but back then upuntil recently they were overprice, and under the stewardship of bonner as I recall. From what I read, mostly from the likes of ex-angry shareholders like you and elsewhere he was not very good. Nick IS very good and has the background to back it up. If there is a cash call, the last one was at a premium. But I dont see one coming. liabilities are slightly different to cash flow. And cash is flowing thanks to cost cutting, new business etc. Read the post report stuff, it says it all.

Usually a good sign, very positive, Nick has already found new customers, renewed contracts, cut costs, reduced head count etc.I dont see a placing after that. Last placing was at a premium by the way. One word TURNAROUND! ,

Graham of wales, I think if lonestar were as ruthless as you think they would have pulled the plug by now. They bought the loan almost 6 months ago at a large discount. In puma, loanstar have a ready made client who have proven they can uphold repayment conditions. Also puma have a long history with this hotel portfolio. Puma have negotiated a victory from the jaws of defeat deal for the time being, proves to me they have a plan won't give it away without a fight.

I've been saying coms overpriced for sometime. I told someone to sell and buy pinn! If coms are iffy on account issues AND overpriced the shorters will take them to the cleaners. Nick doubled his holding, other directors may be adding. I'd call that a significant and confident statement. It also suggest no placing imminent and further progress to follow. I.m confident, have been for some time, some people KNOW a good thingat the right time and price, and that is right now.

intresting craig, but after a director buys I'm expecting good news. Again look at EIT MCAP/TURNOVER and compare to pinn. Not saying your wrong, just saying. Pinn will start to cost cut, renegotiagte supplier discounts (the ceo is ex-virgin) etc and up their margins etc and now they have someone who knows how to run a business (rather than just buying businesses! re old ceo) Keep your eye on Nick, he's a smart cookie. Seems to me ex/old share holders just can't accept the turnaround story here. Why don't you focus on the positives. If you did hold these at 40/50p why wernt you all smart enough see it was over valued then, like coms is now. Value here now is excellent compared to coms, some people finally getting the messade.

corp, sometimes you need to read between the lines, and look for progress, cost cuts, new business oportunities etc. Still look cheap imo. 15p a while back, 22p comms offer!

Thing to remember three more months for the business to improve AND the valuations to improve . Hotel sector is booming. If you look at some of the hotels, they have lots of land assotiated, there optional sell off value in that too. Could be a full refinance, could be a new partner involved, could be a complete sale, lots of options up for grabs, whatever the LTV is reducing to the point where it leaves puma/hcp with surplus to share out. Also lone star bought the loan at a 30% discount, this gives wiggle room for all parties imo. Also remember hcp are not the loan holder, but are 49% co-owners of the brand/portfolio. Whetever happens, value will be returned to shareholders, and at this price it looks very rewarding

I expected most of the news, but good to see clear direction forming for the business. at this price I see good mid/longterm value.

KNIGELK, the results will be meaningless, expect much the same as last year. The things to look for are refinancing news by puma/shore, what deal has been agreed by the new hotel collection brand/management (if this is similar to a barchello agreement it could be significant).. The other is not so much the debt, but the LTV, which may have altered considerably to the upside. note shore didnt sell, even for an easy 6bag proffit. I've read all the bb's, and there are a lot of people who dont know didly re hcp/puma etc. All you can do now is wait for various anouncements and act accordingly.

Of course not, thats an insult, (i'm on to claims direct as I type!) by the way I'm not an historic holder. but I like the possibility of turnaround here at this level. well coms results out, revenue 14mil/1.25 profit, good results and not doubting the progress, but look pricey, and how much good will in their buy to build net assets. I'm still not a buyer of coms, and judging by the early selloff, a few others agree. lookout the "one off cost" too. Sell a few FPS, keep your eye on pinn and slam a few on if you like their results, dont let history blind you.

Look at the revenue and tiny profit compared to the sp. Unustainable. some of you guys need to read the trading updates again. But good. Luck to you.

So you think coms are good value at 60 million? Can't deny the DB effect the sp though, how much are you down from the peak? At the end of the day its results that count. NS been in the job for 6 months, you hardly blame him for the sp performance if people want to sell it down. Lets watch this space shall we.

PInn rejectected the coms offer Katie, you know that. Comms recovered a wee bit I see, but coms need to deliver to move higher IMO.

I think things are better than some weaker shareholders think. COMS valued them at 22p, and nobody thinks DB is a fool. The 22p bid price is a rebound target imo.
