My research says the restructure of the o2 partnerships starts officially in april, so I'm expecting march. I'm also told a major o2 partner in scotland has had the chop, so PINN could pick up some peices from there too, if not replace its whole opperation. From what I understand, the significance is with fewer o2 partners, PINN is one of the few, certain current o2 business customers could be switched to PINN as their official supplier. It sounds like a closed market, which is obviously good for PINN. But we will have to wait for a fuller announcement. I think it probably IS rubberstamped, but released, a month?, too early.

I agree sheldon, progress is clear to see. Very honest update. The positives are beggining to outweigh the negatives and were comming to a positive tipping point. 2015 should be a good news flow year imo, partnerships o2,ee (remember, the mergers of the telecoms bt/ee, o2/sky, actulally ENLARGES pinns potential without them doing any extra legwork),etc, new clients, reduction in costs. Like I say I cant say too much more at the moment if you know what I mean..

Pinn update was a kitchen sink job really. Get the bad news out of the way. The O2 deal as we now know was released too early. That new O2 partnership, once confirmed, will establish PINNs rebirth and world class reputation. They should have exclusive access to a large slice of a large pie. Mmmm I can't say too much at the moment.

My betting news on the way march/april, hence the trading activity. There was some mention of an announcement in that timeframe I recall. Also gold buying season in india, they love the stuff, thats why this is a no brainer buy!

As I see it they have a captive market for o2 business customers. O2 recognising that pinn have secured tesco, United Utilities, Baxters etc. Those companies are well established, and will be cash cows for pinn and o2.

Furthermore, one pointed out that Daisy (DAY) were also awarded a similar contract. They were bought out for a market cap £450 million this year. M&A activity he said is increasing in the sector as companies vie to obtain larger customer base. He was vaugely aware of NS, as he too worked at virgin.
