Looks like an rto of one of JM's life science investor companys, with some ready for commercialisation and investable assets. I feel happier with this prospect, rather than using the cash to invest in one of vela/piri's companys. A fully focused company about to born imo. JM's name adds to the value, should attract investors, large and small. Worth a premium imo.

I didnt realise how dispised foxtons were amongst the buy to let investor community, and local residents. These revelations could grow. And if foxtons need to come clean, refund AND reduce charges to stop outflows of clients, then they are going to hit twice by compensation claims and reduced income. Quite a knock back.
