fair enough, but you sound articulate enough to put pen to paper, you may not get a reply but they might take somthing onboard.
All companys have their shareprice drivers (other than results), in trafs case, planning permission for multiple plots carrys the greatest weight. But the "independant will of the enemy" can have adverse effects, planners, contractors, intrest rates etc non of which are in trafs control.
Management have a succesfull track record, but they have to do better under fire.
Well done on Taylor Wimpey, priced to go bust back then but recovered. PFD a few issues, but can see a bid there.
