You don't know that ... ok some might sell straight away BUT do not ignore the "existing investors" part. Many realise that this is a long term investment and are willing to support the company. A company rarely gets the timing right re a placing.. 0.95p is quite reasonable considering ... not a sharp discount but could have been a tad higher if placed a week or so ago... I am just hoping this is the last placing for some time now.. surely �600k will support the company cashflow for 6-9 months at least?? Now lets have the other expected news please...

Agree that posters should read the accounts and profits before exceptional items... also the pension scheme appears in better shape than most other similar size companies. M&S will survive - many other retailers will not (imo). Lets hope there are no more store closures considering the exceptional costs involved.. finally re the turnaround - there is always the risk of an economic setback .. brexit.. global overheating.. or change of government etc

Well the asset disposal was known for a while and has now happen - so either the rise relates to rumours of further news ie. like another asset disposal or it's twitter gossip highlighting this share as being undervalued. The other reason may be low free float as not much volume is pushing this up...

No selective memory - did not see your second post.. however, to change your mind within 1-2 hours caught my attention.. best to have an opinion and stick with it for a few days at least lol. GL there - made a profit now may buy back on weakness.. ditto CRAW.. there are some good movements going on at the moment.. maybe Whetstone will be next?

Most of those guys on twitter post OTT targets to sell out on the next spike - we all know what they are doing ... just look at WEB today.. predictions of 45p and �1 - when the share price was 1p before news and an inactive thread... take any prediction with a pinch of salt.. DYOR... and have your OWN buy and sell target... however 2p should be breached here on any further progress

Well last week your "tip" was that WEB had risen too much and it would fall back (it did from 5p to 3.5p) and you were not a holder.. when did you change you mind (again)? Anyway lets keep on topic.. seems like Flag will have news later this week - whether it has anything to do with Whetstone is another matter - but I guess if enough assets are put into it - a NY listing can happen - and maybe a way for Worthington to come back..

Two points - I trust you mean the thread in general has become too focused on posters - from shareholders and non holders alike? I agree - but sorry, if someone mentions me or has a dig - I am entitled to reply - and believe me, admin are well aware... Second point = what I meant is that can you think of Glaxo or M&S putting on their website "we got exciting news coming!!!" ? Well I cannot recall a "serious" listed company posting these types of messages on their website - a tweet perhaps.. so that is want I meant.. by treating their shareholders as "kids"... wave the carrot of "big news coming" in order (I guess) to get the share price higher by attracting buyers tomorrow.. why else do it...? JUST RELEASE A NON MARKET SENSITIVE RNS

That's at least twice now were you have replied to Lefkosia but felt the need to drag me into your conversion for the sly dig... thanks... some posters here would be welcome on the other BB for their rudeness and abuse of other posters - who simply are not 100% as bullish as the rest of you. Let me tell you something - if you hold a share for a long time - you will get news that will be good and bad but obviously for whatever reason you have decided to hold long term here. Good things have happen here - Whetstone started trading .. a deal has happen .. but bad things have also happen .. Worthington suspended for 3 years then into liquidation and the NEX listing going pear shape. A decent shareholder would focus on the positives BUT acknowledge the odd setbacks and concerns - Lefkosia is simply saying he has issues with the RAP investment - he is entitled to his opinion - I have said the discount to share price offsets these concerns. But a 100% nothing is ever going wrong here 100% bullish poster is very close to a troll - especially those who talk up a share price via predicting high targets. Both the extreme rampers and derampers are as bad as one another imho As for Flagship - "exciting news coming" - never heard of a company providing this sort of information - normally its via a RNS - are they treating their shareholders like kids?

..if you meant the LSE delays - sorry. Best to use your broker for the actual share price any way .. if required..

Steve.. well it depends on if you wish to sell soon, doesn't it? CLP will not treble overnight imho.. this is a slow burner.. news coming out gradually in dribs and drabs.. the company will release a RNS AS SOON as it gets the court news.. so this is not a company related issue... re the delay.. so some can't hold on for another day or two for news? More fool them...

..re my point below .. from October 2014 until early 2018 - you were either stuck in Worthington due to suspension or unable to invest in Worthington due to suspension - so anyone posting during this long period was either a holder or not. As for Whetstone - I said Britdaq was putting me off investing due to my style of being an active poster and it being harder to buy in or sell out immediately like you can on AIM. Now this does not mean I have not invested.. but I would trade Whetstone a lot more.. if on an alternative market.. so that should be the next move the company makes - if possible. Let this be the end of the matter. I would be posting much over the next few weeks anyway - annual audit and a wedding to focus on. gl

Two points - I might hold here now so these comments may be invalid ... also do YOU have a life? Spending all day trolling back though someones posting history is a tad sad - I have made over 19,000 posts on LSE on probably 100 different shares.. the point is I cannot remember some comments I have made last week less likely from 30 months ago!! I might now hold more/less investments - I don't post so often as I used to - and my views (on posters) might have changed... this situation on here was a lot different back in Jan 16 - for a start. I COULD NOT REINVEST in Worthington even if i wanted to - at that time.. all you do is attack me.. no one else...(Lefkosia occasionally but I always get a mention).. strange.. obsessive.. and sad (imo)

Chillax ... a RNS is 99% likely to be released later today .. and there are CLP buyers and sellers every day .. if anyone has not yet taken a position here .. why!? BTW Evil being a holder is great but it doesn't effect my views - DYOR etc

Well I did not see the reply - sorry. Just checked.. yes around 4.30pm - a while after I posted.. there were quite a few posts on WEB yesterday. (my point stands - no need to call out someone posting on a thread because they "may" not currently hold - when you do the same elsewhere - anyway you were right about that investment for now)..

Fitb went from 1p to 26p and back down again - ditto Ctag.. some made a fortune and some lost a fortune.. you do realise that its timing that is key.. have an entry price.. an exit price.. a stop loss.. and stick to it! Wrong - I don't think 99% of the time I have trolled here - I have simply offered a more cautious realistic (imo) view of the situation here - you can disagree. BTW when did you post that you thought you had lost everything in Worthington - that all hope was gone? I never recall such a post. (however I do find it simply amazing that no one wants to talk about the RAP investment or prospects - the topic of discussion is whether I hold or not! pmsl)

Are you a holder? :-) My own opinion is that there is potential here but the re-rate has probably happen (it has gone up 3-4 fold) now until the next news. I hope the margins improve going forward - not much profit on such turnover but that's only after an quick glance at the accounts.. takeover target for sure..
