The shares stared at 5p. .. so who got any at 3p unless they were given them? (unless you mean Worthington from YEARS ago?).. it does seem the share price is moving back up.. buyers want 12p .. 13p.. 16p while sellers want 25.75p .. 26p.. 35p.. matched trades will probably end up somewhere in the middle...

I wonder if any of the recent fall is related to the Italian political/economic problems we are witnessing? Perhaps too recent? Still lets hope it all gets resolved asap

..wonders for Whetstone share price... are you looking at a different chart/share? It's rose from 5p to 35p and has since fallen to 18p., That's not the work of "trolls" .. that's the work of people deciding to sell out .. to get some money back or bank profits.. not everyone will wait for another 2-3 years.. some had enough... I really wonder what reality some of you live in.. "oh look, there's a sell - it's those pesky trolls".. !!! No .. it is someone deciding to sell and someone deciding to buy = end of. As for a listing - the company needs another acquisition first .. it did not succeed with NEX so probably needs a bit of a track record first. Next year imho

Actually over three years, I have probably reported a post less than ten times. The difference between myself and other posters on here is ... i will say on here when I report a post. Loads of posts get removed on this thread - it takes five posters to report a post to remove it. So perhaps see and acknowledge the full picture... have you never reported a post?

..except some always tell us when they are buying - one poster was quite eager to let us know he acquired a substantial number of shares here a few weeks ago. (few will say when they sell though). Although I agree that it is up to the individual to disclose on here whether they have made a purchase since Whet has started trading. Maybe having an user name is different to disclosing your actual name?

Probably not a good idea to name anyone trading now under the new data laws.. (the work involved by companies over the last few months has been obsessive based on my own experience).. we know WE was named a few times in the early trading but I wouldn't want my name pasted on a BB every time I made a transaction tbh. The truth is someone wanted out at 14p and someone wanted in (a new poster....). Fine - a falling share price attracts buyers and occasionally makes others decide to bail out - any news on another deal will stop the fall and attract buyers imo. I will be interested on the funding though as the cash pile must be low - new shares I guess? GLA

May I make a suggestion? Instead of the constant nudge nudge wink wink "you are right" reply, perhaps you can actually - just for once - actually answer some of the points Lefkosia makes? Otherwise he will keep coming back with the "wrong" assumptions? I mean, you disagree that no one behind the companies (wrn/whet/flag) will actually make any money here!?

I don't access the other side during working hours, but - if true - why on earth has Clarity been banned? There was absolutely nothing in his/her posts last night that warrant a ban. Sometimes admin goes too far - other times not far enough - but this poster should be reinstated immediately. Clarity's knowledge of the companies involved here is well known and a big plus for this thread

Two points - talking about whether there are more buys than sells is not providing much information either!! Since I work 48 hours a week and have 10-20 investments at any one time - you are right - I don't get the time to post much research here - I tend to read the RNSs and accounts to make my mind up. However at least I held the shares and hold some currently... you just stated you will not be investing here.. ever (?).. wow.. therefore I really don't understand why you keep posting.. did you hold? sector interested? connected to company? I always post on shares I hold - held - or may invest in .. and maybe occasionally look in on a share moving up/down to read why and if there is an opportunity... you OBVIOUSLY have an agenda here... still that's up to you ... but all shares (unless they are going bust) have a price were an individual sees them as a buy or a sell.. MIN over 10p and I will sell.. so what price would you say MIN may be a BUY? (i really hope the company pulls a rabbit out of the bag - but obviously there are risks here)

Good timing. There are two type if investors here. Short termers happy with their 10-20% and LTHs in it for the end game. Both can/will make money here imho

Maybe I should buy some FLAG shares being on the pink sheets lol

However I think Roy has decided not to post here. Second point - the other side problem is that it has become groundhog day of repeats so good idea to spread your wings... Were I differ from you is that there is potential here... deals cannot happen overnight and Whetstone is simply now trying to achieve what Worthington was planning to do.... I am not (obviously) 100% bullish here nor 100% negative - hence why I get so many posters backs up - but I do see the bigger picture - something is a foot re FLAG and other connected parties imho. Of course it will take time to get Whetstone to the level were Worthington was - but maybe if you forget about these shares for 2-3 years and come back - you may be surprised? No one I believe expects miracles here - just gradual progress... gl whatever you decide to do..

..more buys than sells... or more sells than buys.. etc etc etc. Does it matter? What matters here is news flow/sentiment/prospects etc. Not daily mutterings on volume or a 5% movement in the share price (although not sure why someone is still interested - unless will consider an investment at some point in the future?)

Did you take part in the placing? (it would be good to simply offer all shareholders the opportunity to buy more shares at a small discount.. imho)

I used the telephone - like everyone else. Do you not get it? Britdaq is different. If GumT wishes to sell (say) 10,000 Whetstone shares at 20p - he/she now has to WAIT for another party to come forward to agree to buy the shares at the 20p price. So he/she needs someone to agree to buy the precise number of shares - at the precise price - for the precise proceed amount (less dealing costs).. it doesn't matter Britdaq is on the internet - there is no instant trade! So he/she cannot "just sell up".. unless they probably put the price up at 10p or something similar...

Ignore them - some only want 100% positive comments and don't realise a shareholder is allowed to point out areas of concern. "just sell up"... well it's not that easy is it on Britdaq!!! a) you need to decide what price you want for your shares and b) you then sit and wait for another party to accept your price and number of shares to make a matched trade. I am surprised though to see the share price drifting back .. so be good for the company to update soon
