Sorry i should have noticed your 4p average comment so obviously been a LTH.. so I have to ask .. never considered a stop loss or averaging down? Maybe eventually you might get back to breakeven... although I think it might depend on how much of the CLNs are converted into new shares ... or repaid via cash receipts..

Have you held the shares for eight years or traded the shares for eight years? Big difference.. there are some LTHs here - I have probably held for two years and had Brainspark on and off a few times .. this company goes way back. However I have to agree that we have been taken over by day traders and quick 10% traders - that's why CLP goes up 0.3p and then falls back to ground zero. Most expected a re-rate on the CLN news - it didn't happen. Ditto the court judgment... I really believe the share price should be 1.5p at least - but too many are in and out of here to make it happen until some MATERIAL news actually hits home (like cash receipts) and the re-rating HAS to happen. Just might be a while... meanwhile i will hold as trading too often re spread and dealing costs doesn't always make a difference to just sticking with your holding gla

To prove the point - I note the large buys recently at 15p - so the facts trades continue during this quiet time is a big positive - ok? Now lets be nice as believe me or not - i wish this company well - my issue is with the difference version of events pre Whetstone that some have - but perhaps it really is time to move on and focus on the future x

Picto - you are right about quoting except saying trolls have gone silent is literally the same as saying trolls are not posting isn't it? Bloodaxe - post what you like but I will report o/t posts unless you can explain what on earth (atm) an United States company has to do with Whetstone - LSE made an exception allowing posts on Whetstone on the Worthington thread - but to bang on about another company were 99% of Whetstone shareholders have no shares makes no sense at this time. As for research.. I am well aware that some of "the team" behind Worthington/Whetstone are "behind" Flagship. However this does NOT mean Whetstone will benefit does it? Unless there is a tie up planned at some point. So talking about Flagship is meaningless and yet another off topic subject (when this is the Worthington thread!!) When it is relevent and effects shareholders HERE - then discuss it

I don't think you understood my post. Picto stated that "no trolls have been posting" BUT he forgot to add that over the last week "no rampers have been poster either!!!!". The trouble with you people is that is has been all 100% brilliant when IT HAS NOT. Worthington is still suspended and in liquidation - happy chilled relaxed about this? Of course there has been GREAT progress but my "issue" is that it has NOT been perfect and please stop pretending everything WAS rosy in the garden. However its time to look forward - as for no trolls posting - if there is little news and the last trade was 14p - perhaps there is reducing interest here (from non holders).. so that's good news isn't it??? Andy216 - stop making assumptions - i may or may not hold - i may or may not buy/sell. Unless there is a LSE rule in place that you have to declare your holding (price/time etc) then ANY ONE can post ANY WHERE and long may this continue!!!

The bondholders were happy enough to vote FOR this resolution do'h.. so think before you post! Not safe? Please explain.. funds are due from various sources soon... NAV is above current share price.. bonds been extended and worse case can be exchanged for new shares... final point.. a fair number of small cap companies have CLNs.. are they all unsafe then??

I am still here.. lets go over your points.. when Worthington was suspended (it still is) there was no immediate talk of a new company .. it took over a year for this development and another year to happen. Trade - yes .. if Britdaq is your thing.. Deals .. one... small ... deal... so if this all floats your boat ..fine.. and if you had not noticed .. the thread was dead for several days recently from ALL posters .. negative or positive.. get back to 87p then be happy chilled and relaxed .. not before... only a very rich person would have been happy chilled relaxed about not having access to their investment for three years (!!!) .. but i guess its all history now.. BTW why the constant talk about another company called FLAG? Small Worthington . now Whetstone shareholders do not hold any shares in this Flagship company!!!! Nor do Whetstone atm.. If you know something the rest of us do not... please tell us... (and have the 100 million Flagship shares been issued)

So profits around £35 million now expected - Sky News calling it a profits warning - ok it is .. but it is not a material change (imo) to the profits range .. the key point appears to be that the company does not expect a change in retail conditions for the foreseeable future... share price today? 15-17p ??

..for the record re earlier comment .. I am not one of the "two trolls over the other BB" because today is the first day I have made a post on this share ok? (presuming you are talking about me).. all I said was that it was THE COMPANY that caused the drop (after the stellar rise) because of their "no reason for share price movement" RNS.. it was not down to any poster on a BB!! So instead of ramping (or deramping) away - provide your share price target and explain in detail why you have this target. That will be fairer to everyone instead of attacking anyone with a different opinion. If you are right about the potential than hold and wait as it will not all happen overnight.. if you think this has been ramped any is over valued (atm) then sell or wait and wait.. DYOUR and just decide for yourselves

Thanks for the support - as you know I am an ACTIVE trader but will say it as it is.. on some shares I am positive .. on others ... negative... so neither a ramper nor a deramper as I try to be BALANCED. With TERN - the only question is whether the share price is ahead or behind EVENTS... IMO probably about right - I wouldn't be chasing this though gl

Funny I have never thought that people buy or sell on the words of a BB poster - I hope not (!) because they should not be investing in the first place!! Use BB threads as ONE tool in your research. Oh, and the reason the share price dropped was because of a RNS about share price movement - so.. shame.. on the company? (!!)

Of course most companies have to issue shares (or CLNs) to raise funds for development, cash flow or growth.. nothing wrong there.. and two RNSs .. so factor both in. The only point I have is that you need to factor in the extra shares when thinking of your share price targets - the upside might be sightly less due to more shares in issue although the funds might increase future revenue/profits.. gla

How many currencies are there! lol Still I agree with Quindell that this is the route to progress.. even if personally I am unsure how much money can be made as this is still at an early stage - i am sure the market will like this news though (and perhaps the 2 million seller might now be regretting their decision)

Possible RNS coming? (1 trades seem to be legit around 50% of the time...) BTW the share price drop 6% yesterday and is almost back to 6p.. not that I worry about daily movements too much..
