Yes very interesting and I suspect the other BB thread will be going into meltdown today (not looking as too busy).. so many questions to answer and it appears AE is saying forces were still at work way after the suspension .. perhaps even after the blog and set up of Whetstone - and even if I appear negative.. any party that has caused in part to bring down Worthington do need to go to court and be punished if guilty. However if I recall the suspension was due to the FCA request - and why did the company go into liquidation again? It must be the only company ever were liquidation was the entire fault of other parties and the directors were blameless - if true - well another thing unique about this company. Hopefully Whetstone will be off Britdaq at some point as some posts (elsewhere) last week suggested online trading had stopped? GLA

Maybe 1.6p is the new floor? Higher highs and higher lows... the trend appears upwards still ..

Also we have to remember CLP have quite complex accounts ... valuations to do ... write downs .. write ups... accruals.. inter party movements ... claims... updates on court cases ... values for the court cases... not making excuses but I can understand why it is usually so late .. going forward the accounts might be cleaner and less complex as assets are realised/sold .. so maybe no excuses for next year! As for the RNS - I will only get concerned if no news by 4pm gl

I will just repeat that companies issue RNSs between 7am and 6pm - you will notice a few results RNS being issued later in the day - every day. This is NOT unusual. However I agree with RachelsDad that 7am Monday has to be the latest time to avoid suspension. I am sure we will get a RNS later today - hopefully for the results!

As i said the other day, the results RNS can be released at any time today - it does not have to be at 7am. Several times I have been in AIM companies were the results were issued 2pm, 4pm or even 6pm on the last possible results day. Yes there is a very small risk that the results will not be published today but usually a company would have given the heads up on this possible event. I reckon we will get the results today - maybe between 11am and 2pm if i have to guess gl

Well we know some on twitter were pumping MOS - however, there has been two bits of news via RNS re agreements so not without some merit. However why anyone would wish a share price to go lower is beyond me - unless to buy in...

John Lewis will not make a profit in the first half ... even some of the supermarkets have little growth... it is not about Debenhams (although some of their stores are too big and need updating).. it's about below inflation wage growth and decreasing disposable income - eventually even online will suffer! Talking of online - did you know that half of all the women/men wear items acquired are sent back in the post due to being the wrong size-fit-colour (re Daily Mail yesterday)... so for me .. I will continue to do the bulk of my shopping in the stores .. you can't bear looking at an item.. trying it on ... or discussing it .. to faceless online shopping imho... and I am not an OAP!!!

So results are due out tomorrow (otherwise it's suspension).. could be 7am or 6pm (!).. tbh I am looking forward to discussing the contents of the results and perhaps an update... recently the thread has been taken over by non stop comments on trades and tiny share price movements - fine .. but it will be good to move on to more substantial discussion gla

Not quite true - it is obvious the factory shops are working well ... and three more will be open this year.. so seems like the LFL for the high street shops must have been worse than the -12% reported? No figures on margins or profits which is a concern and I guess the AGM will not be a happy occasion. Overall probably no more than a hold until further news - as we saw recently.. any decent news and the share price can double ... however we might be talking 6-9 months from now..

Who knows? Perhaps not even the company... what is needed is a) cut costs (tick) b) enter growth markets (tick) c) secure new tie ups in high growth sectors (tick) and d) see an increase in revenue/margins (outstanding)... so basically we are waiting on "d"... probably two years away .. presuming it happens!
(btw re comment from another poster about poor investors getting caught on a spike .. it works both ways! What about the poor investors who missed out investing at 1p? Some posters agendas are SO obvious...

Good points. I guess the end game is to have a lot less complex cleaner asset balance sheet instead of long term issues, questions and claims. BK stated the next results will show a profit. A decent NAV improvement may also assist the share price to stay above the 1p level. At least we no longer have to wait months for a RNS. Gla

Has BK offended you? He has an unique writing method but always posts meaningful research.. Also if one thinks 0.9p is fair alue then surely selling out on a spike is the right thing to do? I can't fault recent news here... the share price is a complete mystery to me (except for the profit taking element)

..not sure about your comment on averaging down being a gamble re greyhounds... for a start with gambling you either win or lose virtually immediately ... "investing" in shares - even higher risk companies - usually takes months before you know if you have made a mistake and are willing to take a massive loss AND you usually at least get some money back... remember Debenhams was a FTSE250 share (or FTSE350) so not as big a gamble as an AIM company but agree only invest what you can afford to lose and perhaps average down once or twice but do not go on and on with it. I mean if you invest in unit trusts every month you buy at a different price each month to get an average price. Final point .. a 5% hit is quite strict ... most have a 10% or 20% stop loss.. if it works .. great.. but some shares move 5% in a single day so there must be occasions when you sell out and within 2-3 days the share price has recovered .. personally i think it depends on news and if you see no short term recovery more than a % target gl
