The Company has previously announced on 28 March 2024 that Senior NED Ranjit Murugason had notified the board of his intention to resign from the board with an effective date of 28 June 2024. This period for his departure was extended to remain on the board until the cornerstone agreement under negotiation would be signed and finalised. Financial Update

Further to the RNS of 23 August 2024, the Company announces that it continues to work with its restructuring advisers regarding the Company's financial position and pressing creditor matters, and hopes to make a further announcement in this regard as soon as possible.

Last time it was suspended the company gave a reason as to why it shouldn’t be struck off the next day after the notice in the gazette, so i was expecting something on companies house today. this can only mean one thing!

Been doing some research on cva’s and admin, there was an rns fron curzon, nominal value was 1p yet they raised shares at .0003 ? The proposal didnt go through but the placees ended up owning 92% of the company? Not sure if i read the rns correctly but i thought you cant do a placing below nominal value, can someone explain?

Am i reading it right? Placees will own 92% so sh only have 7% and the placing price is 0.0003 while current sp is 0.75? Am i reading it wrong?
