You make a fair point but as he has committed £2.2m at 3p, i think he must be extremely confident in the turnaround. He could have just let it fold as would most directors on AIM.
We are not privy to what is exactly happening but to to inject £2.2m at a premium, he must have something up his sleeve.
The company has a lot of potential, at one point , they were doing over 60 Brick live tours a year , covid is over and there is absolutely no reason why we can’t replicate that. The issue for me is the burn rate is still too high. They have made significant changes such as reducing the number of staff and salaries , which should reflect on the next set of accounts. Correct me if i’m wrong but i believe the average brick live order is somewhere in the region of £200k with a very high margin.
Kpop lux is also very lucrative but execution is key.
The potential is there and i’m sure they have learnt a lot from past mistakes.
I think the risk to reward ratio is good but we’ll have to wait for news to see how this unfolds. Good luck
