Simple if you didnt buy shares before today when it went ex div you wont be getting it what you have bought is a company that does the right thing made some dough and distributed it to the shareholders and i suspect they will repeat the process so not all bad

i think you will find you need to be holdingbefore the 28th xdiv date to get on the register for entitlement on the 30th 28th ex div = without dividend is how i understand it so holding on 27th secures payout
