Yes Ricardo - thats what puzzled me!

no need to apologise. i think all holders have had doubts given how long the FSP is taking (which feels like forever) and the steady decline in sp since the 42p highs. I guess we all need to be patient and have faith in the BOD. GLA... im in till the end.... boom or bust....... gulp :)

Just watching ITV news and at 10:38pm they were talking about the lack of availability of home test kids and the availability of local tests. The news showed the M4RT test tubes which is the Thermofisher range - forgive the daft question but does this mean they are using the NCYT tests?

makes me think NCYT must be an attractive company to all the leading pharmas. Wouldn't it be magical if we were subject to a take over :)

So, it fair to say i have lived and breathed the NCYT roller coaster over the last 3 months and am still a firm holder and believer we are in for great things.

But.... we have had some cracking RNS which IMO should have fired the SP to a respectable level but it seems to be tracking back. So my question is for those more informed than I... whats is going to take to get this back to the £4+ mark (at least)

Omega Diagnostics Group plc has announced its intention to raise cash by way of an open offer.

The Open Offer will be available to all Shareholders as at close of business on 19 June 2020. If you hold Shares at this time you will be entitled to purchase 1 new Share for every 20 Shares held, at a price of 40p per Share. Excess applications will also be available.

Entitlements to participate will be issued from Tuesday 23 June. You need take no action at present. We will write to Qualifying Shareholders confirming full terms of the Open Offer shortly after 23 June 2020, at which point an online election facility will be enabled for qualifying shareholders to give an instruction. Our deadline for the Open Offer is expected to be noon on Friday 3 July 2020.

Featured on BBC news this evening after Gilead Sciences has signed non-exclusive voluntary licensing agreements with five generic drug makers based in India and Pakistan on anti-viral drug Remdesivir, seen as a potential therapy for COVID19.

Indian companies Cipla Ltd, Hetero Labs Ltd, Jubilant Life Sciences and Mylan and Pakistani firm Ferozsons Laboratories has signed the commercial agreement that allows the companies to manufacture remdesivir for distribution in 127 countries, including India.

Apologies if this is old news as this may have been in the news around lunchtime today, but thought i would share all the same.
