Maybe i am over thinking this, and i know there was a post saying nothing in the change.
Looked at the PLC's that have Bee House in oxon as their registered address, and as yet, only 2. PYC & AMTE. I see AMTE are registered there, but their HQ is in Scotland. At least PYC are still Oxon based.

ICR tweeted The ICR

📢NEWS: We’re pleased to announce that we’ve renewed our partnership with the science and technology company Merck KGaA (@MerckHealthcare), to help discover and develop new #Cancer drugs.
They tweeted this on 22/09. PYC reposted it today.
Obviously we have collabs with both ICR and Merck.
I can only hope more things come from this ICR/Merck tie up.
Cripes what a strange day all in all here? Nothing really happens till about 1230, then a surge in volume, it lasts less than a hour, then basically nothing afterwards!
Looks like admin has been busy removing posts from both sides of the divide ? I reckon at least 6 posts have disappeared?
I would request everyone gets on, but alas the feeling between the feuding sides is irreconcilable?
Yep, sudden volume, sitting at 2.9% up possible 625k delayed buy shown up to
So are they moving premises due to these expansion plans?
Maybe the rent is cheaper in Didcot?
They would be leaving a thriving science area in Oxford, but i believe that Milton Park has its own science community?
Does this they have moved from Oxford to near Didcot? Or is it just a pen pushing exercise? https://bee-house.co.uk/ Bee house has recently been renovated?

Change of registered office.
Looks like 1m buy to me?
Maybe. However the buying started yesterday at 1,64p area. We have just had 1.2m sell ( 618k & 2x300k ) go thru. If they bought yesterday they are loosing money
618k delayed sell at 1.62p knocked the stuffing out of the SP earlier
We just went from 1.70/2.00 to 1.60/1.70 on nothing. Expect a large sell to be printed in hour or so time? I can not think of anything else?

No doubt looking at his work experience he "gets about" Never seems to be in 1 place for more than a year and a half.
Has worked with some big pharma, inc AZ (freelance) Novartis and Roche.
Thank you Mr P
I never quite understood the deal structure. All i kept on seeing was the "upto £6m"
Mr P can you show or tell me how you came to those figures in your post pls?
tia
I am invested here with more £ than i should, so obviously i dont want to knock the coy or put a negative slant on it.
We knew the" bad news" was coming, it was highlighted early this year, & has been discussed by many as to why etc.
Merck coming back is good.
The new COO announcement is good.
The £125k uk bio contract is good.
However, i have read the majority of the report and i see nothing new. Yes, as L has mentioned, the outlook looks bullish. The precision medicine aspect had nothing different in it. The dosing tool had nothing different in it. Yes, i can hear many a voice say " well they may have nothing else that they can say" this is true, but it looks like they have just copied and paste their own words from previous accounts and placed here? With 1 exception, the word of "augmentation" ??
The "report" itself appears to be set out differently to others? In fact the title is "Annual Financial Report" and maybe Trench can help me out here, but i alluded to these "finals" to be with us om Tuesday? However, Trench suggested the finals RNS has to have a precursor RNS saying when these will be? It has happened before. This year, no precursor, and then its title "Annual Financial Report" is different to other years when it was "Final results" Am i just getting bogged down by semantics here?
I remain optimistic here, hopefully the new COO can get feet under the table and start to work, i think JM needs all the help he can get. However, i have read what the naysayers have posted, and its hard to argue against.
So Suzy says "significant news expected by years end"
I guess we wait and see, but i am not holding my breath tbh.
L, the "strengthened board" implementation has only just happened with new COO coming in, yet Inaphaea & beyond blood collabs were signed some time ago. The new COO can exert their skills now to enhance these, but hos impact would not have been felt before his arrival.?
A different way to the layout presenting the annual report?
"exploring possible augmentation of the tool " ?
"The personalised medicine and digital health space continues to generate significant interest from both investors and healthcare systems. Many start-ups in this area focus on the use of genetic markers or the pattern-recognition capabilities of artificial intelligence applications. However, we believe that there is a significant opportunity in the analysis of existing clinical data to identify better ways to treat patient using existing drugs and procedures"
"The Company is focused on the creation of long-term value for its shareholders. " my question is how long!.......
I may be wrong, but there are only "posters" to be presented at this AACR?
There are approx 176 in session A
There are approx 179 in Session B
There are approx 175 in session C
There are approx 25 in the late breaking session A
