I and others who are positive about AAOG challenged his actions on here and to him in person. I am deep into AAOG and if he was telling the truth about Djeno, it will all come good. I would love this to be true and DS did mention ENI supposedly by mistake in a recent interview. Only other thing that has always surprised me, is that Miton paid 5.2p in the recent placing, despite the share price being nearer 4p. Why would they do this??? I agree TIPTOP. I suspect JB has been as frustrated at DS' actions as we were and now he can be the real CEO. There have been many regulatory calls for the role of Executive Chairman to disappear as it undermines the CEO and I am surprised AAOG are suggesting a similar appointment again. In truth, my big surprise is that the SP hasn't risen, though in reality it hasn't fallen either, as all that has happened is that the MMs have reduced the ASK and closed the spread.

Are you kidding??? How many mistakes and failures of communication can one man make and still keep his job? Remember Miton just paid 5.2p for their placing, so do you think they are happy or lack the power to say enough is enough? I have no doubt in my mind that, as a minimum, this was a recommended action

Hi Rumple. One reason they may hold the price down is if they have a buyer at a fixed or best price. Thus to fulfill that order they may drop the bid at least to encourage selling and allow them to fill the order. Obviously they will only do that for very large orders. It may also account for the sells actually being buys because it is delayed between order placed and order filled.

I have been told by DS that by close of play today Miton will own 19.9% and cannot, by their own rules, go above that. I am not sure what calculations he/you have used to create the difference, but that is what he has said to me

Hi Tilburn. I hope you are right. I have emailed him twice in last two days suggesting that a Director buy or even a share buyback under their new authorities, would give this a much needed boost. My gut says it is neither and I hope it is a leak of good news to come tomorrow

Angela you really are the arrogant one and a person that doesn't accept any view other than your own. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and you knew exactly what I meant when referring to small PI's. If you don't understand the relevance of having a material interest in a share to provide relevance to constant use of its BB, then you really are as stupid and rude as those that have criticised you. If you feel an interest isn't relevant why don't you go onto your facebook account and post pictures or stories about everyone other than yourself; that's the equivalent of constantly on a share that you have no interest in.

I think the problem is that those of us up to our necks in this are now overly sensitive. I do agree that there is no place for continuous ****ging of a share if you have no material interest in it, but I feel strongly that shareholders should be able to post positive and negative. The fact is that if the oil is genuinely there, this share is oversold and people like Angela are doing a lot of damage by scaring small PI's. The Board has a lot to answer for and their incompetence and obfuscation is the real reason for the share price damage. Just look at ANGS today to see what happens to a share in trouble when they announce Board changes We need the same here!

Bennyson a ‘reverse takeover’ in this situation merely means that the smaller company was trying to buy the bigger company whereas a standard takeover is the opposite. The larger company reverses into the small company instead of the bigger company swallowing the smaller

I think you are almost right Drewky. DS and JB have now effectively had free Due Diligence for their own potential acquisition (with EHGOS) and AAOG have no legal right to recover that £.5m that was spent. All of that said, whether forced to do so or done voluntarily, the situation is now clear and I hope we can move on. The fundamentals relating to the oil remain unchanged and this is now a ridiculously low price. Even with the new share issue and Equity share, we will only have an MCap of £20m, so this must be a strong buy at this price! All imho
