ODX will be lucky to be paid more than £3 for the manufacturing element when all the costs have been in the design. 70% margin on £10 is £7 (deluded prediction) whereas 70% margin on £3 is £2.10. If you were nit approached it is too late I am afraid. Basically brokers approach shareholders and make them insiders (meaning that they should not disclose what is happening - though at least one clearly did) and offer them the chance to participate. You can take up the offer or decline, but you are an insider and shouldn’t disclose or trade. Obviously with AIM fee abide by the rules. I am with IG so never got approached either so I too got shafted.

Not only that but between all of them they only subscribed to £50k of the placing - not exactly a ringing endorsement when they have all the knowledge on what is really happening!

Insider leaks that lead to price manipulation are far to common on AIM and interestingly Finncap always seem to be involved in the placing. Good news is price reaction and that unlike AVCT the shares don’t get listed until 13 July so people can’t take their 20-30% profit immediately and probably not until we have design freeze news.

Although I have a very large holding and am biased, I think there is plenty of research and RNS evidence that GGP is the prime gold stock at the moment. Just look at their latest RNS via drilling by Newcrest Mining and watch the video interview by Proactive Investors. Tier 1 gold fund!

Whatever their reason, and to manage risk for their shareholders is a very good reason, the sale had no real impact on GGP share price. This is great news and we should now push forward without a big seller in the wings. See it as positive and move on!
