Lazy administration - they seem to delete pretty much everything that's reported, rather than actually taking a view on the content... I guess from their standpoint that's the safest option.

John, I think that contrary to the below you'll find that Mani has been long her for a while, and generally upbeat on the potential for growth. Others may not be aware of this as they appeared out of nowhere a few months ago claiming to hold 3%+ of the company...

CB - I know that you're a fan of reporting posts, but you really need to tone it down yourself; you can't refer to someone as 'that b*tch' because she is offering a different opinion to you. If the 1984 is in reference to your birth year then you really need to grow up.

Any source of external investment is ultimately dilutive to existing shareholders; really the interview just confirms that their preference is to bring the partner onboard before trials are complete and to fund that way.

In a lot of ways that makes sense based on where we are currently, but nobody can pretend that it's as good a situation to be in as the one we'd be in if the original phase III trials had been a success!

If you’re feeling brave you could just day trade the spikes caused by the Clevegen RNS’ - they seem to tick up fast on opening and then drop back down to more or less where we started... picking up extra shares for no cost is another way to drop the average

It certainly sounds like they are making some good strides forward with Clevergen, but we're still a long way off having a potentially market-ready solution (probably years). The short term focus, and primary driver for the SP through 2019, will undoubtedly remain Traumakine.

As others have alluded to though, more news due in the next 6 weeks on that front

Zen - in one post you accuse Mani of trying to keep the SP artificially low in order to build, 'A war chest of cheap stock while trying their best to scare others out of it.' Then in the very next post you say she doesn't own any shares... so which is it?!

Absolutely balanced... I think because some here are so bullish re. this share it can almost feel a bit like deramping when others are trying to highlight points of concern.

I have a feeling though that if we were in the exact same position but the board was awash with derampers then people like Mani would be trying to balance out those posts by focussing more on the positives.

At the end of the day the price of any given share is usually a reasonable reflection of the risk/reward profile of that company - people shouldn't be buying here on the assumption that the SP is definitely going to return to £8 in the near future... or ever for that matter

Not exactly - I think you're mixing up the timeframes for two separate pieces of news:

Japan results they said were due 'early 2019' - which I suspect is intentionally vague
Remaining findings from YODA they said were due 'Q1 2019'

Spike - 21st March 2018 RNS was, ‘Notice of full year results’. Word for word it said:

“TURKU - FINLAND, 21 March 2018 - Faron Pharmaceuticals Ltd ("Faron") (AIM: FARN), the clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, will announce its full year audited results for the year ended 31 December 2017 on Tuesday 8 May 2018.”

Spike, I think full year results are due in May not March? Either way they’ll probably only be talking about the cash position to December, although that will definitely give us a much better idea of the burn rate. If results are due in May though I have a feeling that we may get an update that’s relevant to the cash position before then...

In theory the 'disappointing' Japanese results should already be priced in... company has said a few times now that they're not expecting much following the Euro results... unless they're wrong about that they should get those out the way when they are available and keep the positive news separate IMO

Infact, the way the SP has reacted to the last pieces of (what I still see as) positive newsflow, if the Japanese data is garbage it'll probably rocket this back over £1

The investment case is getting more compelling by the day as Ni prices move upwards... somewhat surprised that it isn’t really being reflected in the SP, but this seems to be a great opportunity to continue to average down

I'm sure you'll be pleased to know I've now reinvested my proceeds from selling Friday... I try not to make a habit of trading the bounces, but as others have said this share can move relatively fast on little volume. Was also feeling bad for not giving AJ Bell any dealing fees since before Christmas :)

It is a fair point, I can only vaguely recall the interview but €500k is more like £440k burn a month... still think it's unnecessary and pretty out of line to accuse others here of lying.

Clearly the sterling vs. euros comment was an oversight, and not someone trying to push their agenda by scaring off investors or making out that the company is about to fold - you need to calm down!

I think the c. £500k a month figure was as a result of putting a number of cash preservation measures into place while decided where to take Traumakine after the unexpectedly poor phase III results...

Bearing in mind that a significant piece of the cash preservation program involved, 'halting the commercial, manufacturing and regulatory activities underway for Traumakine' one should assume that having found a way to potentially take the drug forward the cash burn will (or already has) increase.

Any actions that remove transparency for ordinary PI’s make me nervous... for all you know I might own 20% of the shares
