RE: A few points..7 Apr 2014 13:27
fbrj, my point about there being no RNs was based on the assumption they de-listed on effective 01/04/2014 (or could you not read that? It's in my first sentence). Once the de-listing was announced I stopped reading their garbage because as anyone who knows anything about business is aware, the chances of ever getting anything out of a de-listed company (regardless of assets, losses, capital, everything) are so slim as to be disregarded.
Billybadback: yes, this kind of business deal goes on every day of the week worldwide. It is perfectly legal. Whilst MTA's behaviour seems morally disgraceful to ordinary folk like you and I, in the business world such ruthlessness is a badge of honour. I'd be very careful of what you type here, Billy. All this macho bullshyt about beating up people coupled with your two very specific death threats from last week leave you wide open to prosecution. And yes, I strongly recommend you to let it go. Galling as it is there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Matra's behaviour is completely legal regardless of what we think about its immorality.
To the other repliers: I lost too but I hope the delusional behaviour continues. It's entertaining wondering just what it will take for the coin to drop...broken promises, a plummetting share price, more broken promises, a trading suspension, and then a de-listing. I suspect if the company and all its assets and its entire staff was blown up in a nuclear bomb, the same few loons would be here grasping at every tiny ray of hope and even predicting a date when the non-existent company will become profitable. LOL.
