With regard to goheavy's other lies about the commitment of the Prof to a "mine in 3 years", well that has been debunked time and time again. I had to ask about ten times for a quote from the Prof in which he committed directly to having a mine up and running in 3 years. After quite literally months of begging for a quote, craffert/goheavy came up with a mishmash of nonsense including one from a geologist, one that was still within the 3 year period (LMA) and a couple of off-the-cuff remarks by the Prof at the end of interviews which were about his hopes. These 'hopes' were turned into cast iron guarantees by the liar duo. They eventually backed down from their lies and now talk of thre Prof's expectations rather than his commitments - highlighting again their original lies. With regard to Galmoy, the success of the Prof there is actually world-renowned in the mining industry but apparently craffert/goheavy knows something absolutely no other mining industry observer knows. Maybe the Prof revealed the truth to goheavy during one of their intimate 'one-to-one' conversations. LOL. More lies. I see he brings his *****s from ADVFN to give him recommends on LSE because I seriously doubt anyone with half a brain would believe a word craffert/goheavy types.

It's fun when you pretend to be different people and then forget what you said. Here's a classic example from ADVFN. If you don't believe someone could lie so blatantly check out the forum over there: Let's play 'spot the bitter spoofer': Craffert/goheavy 19th June 2015, referring to a conversation he allegedly *cough* had with the Prof 10 years ago: "If the Prof is such a well heeled multi millionaire then why did he tell me (one to one!) that he didn't buy shares in CGNR on the open market because he didn't have the money to do so." Craffert/goheavy THREE days later 22nd June 2015: "And the Prof is "no mug" but he has consistently invested in CGNR at much higher share prices. I would suggest that he is no mug because it doesn't really matter hugely to him what share price he goes in." Mmmm...anyone spot the lies?

There is an extremely detailed plan which lists schedules, locations, minerals, activities on the CGNR website. Contrary to the waffle put about by craffert/goheavy no other commitments with time schedules were made. This plan is my benchmark. If that goes badly off-schedule I will sell up but until then happy to hold as I have been from the day I invested when I suggested late 2016/ to 2017 for developments of any real import. My issue is with the lack of communication to shareholders. I have never been involved with a company that has gone nearly 5 months without a word. Awful stuff. Unless there's something we don't know going on in the background it's unforgivable. Sercher, nope - no reply!

I reported one of the 3 copies of my email which appeared but the faulty system deleted all three copies! Brindle, my issue is with their lack of communication. If they are not doing something in the background I will be disappointed but as is very obvious to anyone who actually read my last few posts and the email, my issue is lack of communication. I take your points. Goheavy, you have repeatedly lied, misquoted the Professor and now you are openly misquoting the sentiment of my email and my last couple of posts here. Are you so stupid that you cannot see that when you openly misquote someone on a public board you are making a liar and fool of yourself? For that simpleton's benefit I will repeat for about the ninth time, I understand mining is longterm and have said so repeatedly since I invested in 2013 that I'd be happy to wait until 2017 for more serious developments. Until I get a reply or read an RNS my only problem now is the lack of communication. For me, the pig ignorance of such rudeness is almost on a par with goheavy' persistent lies. Let's see what CGNR say, if anything.

I had two intentions writing my earlier post. Firstly, I wanted to update the bb as I said I'd take this whole lack of communication issue with CGNR further a couple of weeks ago - as mentioned below there is currently no legal recourse over that single issue (my only issue). Secondly, I rather hoped goheavy would reply so that other posters could see how he twists peoples' words like he has just done with mine. I will not repeat my post other than to say my one and only issue with CGNR is their lack of communication since 16th June - end of story. For some strange reason goheavy seems to think I'm bullish about CGNR. When I invested in CGNR in 2013 I stated that I was in for the long term and that I could not see anything happening for about 4/5 years. This gained me no friends here and a couple of enemies and that's fine with me. I actually think there might be developments earlier than 4/5 years from 2013 (as I have repeatedly stated there may be developments in 2016/17). If nothing happens by Q3/4 2017 then I will have lost my money on what was always a very high risk investment. People like goheavy who invested in a potential gold mining company 15 years ago and expected news quickly are simply idiots who helped build the company for the rest of us. Unfortunately, a couple of them take out their bitterness at their own stupidity on the company itself. Lol. Read what goheavy wrote to me and compare it to what I actually wrote and you can only acknowledge he's a manipulative liar. For the record I still think CGNR is a good long term, high risk investment with the emphasis on 'high risk'. I'm happy to take the risk but I expect better communication from CGNR especially with a man like the Prof in charge whom everybody I've ever spoken with or corresponded with has nothing but the highest regard for. Oh, I meant every single person except goheavy, resident loser. Good luck all.

Again, although I know at this stage it hardly needs to be said but I would ignore goheavy's histrionic outbursts regarding 'in three years there'll be a mine..' etc. He has been disproven countless times and is merely an extremely bitter person who is obviously losing a fortune here. The anger in his last post was entertaining, in fairness. That said, my gripe (and it's a serious one imo) with the company is that it has been 16th June since an RNS. The company are not responding to emails or returning phone calls. Unless they are in confidential negotiations with a potential JV partner or something like that, there is no excuse for such blatant pig ignorance. Furthermore, there is no basis for a legal approach to/against CGNR as they are acting within the rules of the AIM, albeit not in the spirit of those rules. I have consistently stated from day one that I expect no meaningful developments until late 2016/2017. However, I expected to be kept updated in the normal fashion by the company. The abruptness of their eventual reply to my email last year highlighted a certain arrogance which was unsavoury to say the least. To have no update in 3 and a half months is breathtakingly arrogant and they better have a good reason for it. As the Professor is widely acknowledged as being a gentleman and very true to his word these bad manners make me wonder about his health/involvement in day to day decision-making I will stick to the actual commitments he made in the last couple of RNSs (none of which he has broken). However, if these commitments are not met without very good reasons, I will again engage my lawyers to look at this situation. Bad luck, poor mines, recessions, poor gold price etc I will tolerate - but I draw the line at bad f*cking manners.

No. They signed their GSA in September 2014. They got payment protection 'assurances' a few weeks ago - 11 months after the GSA.

Check out the RNS of 19th September 2014. There is a definitive mining plan set out. My issue is with the lack of news ~ not the timescale which was always going to be longterm.

As I have stated numerous times I am happy to wait until late this year or next for something substantive to be announced by the CGNR bod. I've never been bearish or bullish about this company but I will say this: unless the bod are secretly negotiating a farmout/jv/sell-off I find their attitude very arrogant. This surprises me about any company run by Professor Conroy - a man highly regarded for his honesty and gentlemanly way of going about his business. This arrogance makes me wonder just how much of an input he is having on day to day activities of CGNR. I accepted the rude reply I got to my email last year - it's difficult to see others being treated the same way. If there is no news this week I will email them a more pointed series of observations. If I get a reply and it's anything less than informative and polite I will deal with them legally (demand information etc). It's now 10 weeks since an update and I find that unacceptable (unless as I formerly stated they are in sensitive negotiations).

I have to say this has been puzzling me for some time. Obviously, it's Natlata or General Invest hoovering up shares but surely the price must go up when shares are bought? Unless they are in some sort of corporate arrangement with the sellers. I really don't understand it. How come when a PI buys or sells fifty or sixty thousand shares the sp moves but when these guys buy 6 million the sp barely moves?

You think that's bad duster567 (and his new friend)? The rumour I heard is that not only is it completely and utterly flooded but there's also a mosquito infestation. Not only is PTR gaining absolutely nothing from T5 but they also have to pay the local council to clear up all the crudde from the infestation. Just like you did on the other board, you changed what you said from the lie that the Prof categorically stated there would be a mine up and running within 3 years to him speculating about same. I suggest you look up the word 'infer'. Can you name the person from the company Conroy Diamonds and whatever who made the statement or have you decided that nameless quotes from newspapers are now to be considered Gospel? The rest of your post is gibberish and hard to follow but I think it's obvious to any readers that you're a liar especially considering you proved that to be the case yourself.

The Prof has never stated there would be a mine up and running in 3 years in the time you said he has. That, as you have helpfully highlighted, proves you're a liar. It's not an insult if it's true. Goheavy uses the name Craffert on ADVFN. His sidekick is a poster named TheCynical. I call Craffert 'crafty' in these exchanges. He has been asked countless times for examples of where the Prof cateforically stated there'd be a mine up and running in three years. He has been unable to: "Oh, and crafty you STILL haven't offerred one quote where the Professor categorically states there will be a mine up and running within 3 years. Over on an another board you quoted some employee of CGNR's hopes for the future as a cast-iron fact that the Prof said so - even though you yourself quoted someone else. No doubt you'll pretend to not know what I'm talking about but that would be just another lie, eh? LOL. That's when I started calling you out for being a liar. You haven't changed. Your lies about 3 years have been disproved on numerous occasions. I haven't much time now but I'll copy and paste my usual response to your lies soon. I have never once said I think the project is good, bad or indifferent. I have stated with extraordinary consistency that there will be no movement here until H22015/H12016 and that no mining operation will take place until late 2016 or 2017. Every time you lie you diminish your point. Accept you lost money and also accept the gratitude of the likes of me for helping to fund what COULD be a nice earner.

Regarding Galmoy, there are countless articles on BBC, The Times, Independent, Sunday Business Post and so on about Professor Conroy's magnificent achievements regarding Galmoy. The only place I've heard anything negative about is Galmoy/Conroy is from go heavy and 2 loons over on ADVFN (one of whom is undoubtedly goheavy). Better off ignored as bitter losers (DCB - Disgruntled Company Builders) are the worst type of derampers.
