Hard to see where this will stop let alone turn around. Having looked at the Interims again good news is well hidden if there at all. The much vaunted undisclosed projects are peanuts, which is why they probably didn't put a monetary value on them at the time and the Covid boost has disappeared leaving us with what?
A few on here, including me, have said about the negative aspects of sale and lease back as it looks as a method to improve cashflow and potentially to keep the lights on.
After 18 years of being in OXB it is disheartening and indeed sad that it has come to this.

As soon as we all have been paid and the funds reinvested the sp drops 10p even though buys and sells look about the same. More like an AIM share than main market.

My special divi has just been deducted and the amount paid was correct with Halifax so all transactions over for me.

Since typing both sets of AP shares are in the account; the ordinary funds have been taken but the special divi ones haven't. Also have not received a confirmation of the special I suppose as like Shatter it is listed as a stock transfer.
Will check again this evening before contacting them if I have to.

My ordinary divi was reinvested yesterday but has been removed this morning and the special divi has not been reinvested yet so having said I have had no problems with Halifax it has proved me wrong. Totally confused and hope to chat to them later to see what is going on

Even with my analysis I would expect the sp to rise considerably when we do start mining so roll on the day.

This is only my second or third post on here as I am not that technically mining minded and thus am happy to follow those that are. I do however look at numbers. I first bough GGP in December 17 and followed them all the way up to 38 but then got carried away by the hype and forgot the numbers. That valued GGP at somewhere around £1.7b which meant as we only had 30% of Hav that was valued at £5.6b. I am probably not as au fait with mine values as some but that was a colossal figure for a non producing mine still years away from production and should have signalled all sorts of red flags; but I didn't take notice. As I said in my previous post I followed GGP all the way down topping up especially at the 14.5 raise and now at the latest one. After all the news with everything being brilliant in terms of exploration and people why has the sp not shifted. Perhaps because a valuation of circa £1.2b for a non producing mine is more realistic and thus GGP value of just under £400k for 30% of it.
I may be wrong but it is the only reason I can find i.e. that the present value is correct and not an aberration brought about by mm or shorters or whatever.
Obviously prepared to be shot down by those who know more than me but that's how I see it.

Halifax isn't the cheapest especially now with its annual charge but I have been with them for years and they haven't let me down yet either.
I can see all the dividends in my account but they haven't been reinvested yet. Probably later today or early tomorrow.
General picture is depressing however and I wonder what the reaction will be to the Fed and BoE putting up interest rates again,

Had a huge shock this morning when checking before opening and saw that OXB was down 95% at 218.
Obviously one of those false, rogue sp that occur sometimes before the bell but the sad thing was I was quite prepared to believe it.
Onward and hopefully upward.

Have both Nat West and Barclays paid into my Halifax. Not reinvested yet.

Good to be on a more positive board - you know which one I mean!.
I am with Halifax as well and mine isn't in either; sometimes it isn't even the same day but it arrives eventually. I am on auto reinvest. Also have Lloyds and Barclays. Lloyds in profit; Barclays about £80p ps down.

Sale and leaseback isn't death spiral financing but it's hardly a sign of strength either and that's the way the market seems to have taken it reading the interims as no likelihood of profitability soon and cashflow problems.

Hasn't caused any excitement in the market. Hard to know what to make of them despite the upbeat commentary though at least we are now clear that the AZ bonanza is over. In my (admittedly limited) experience - sale and leaseback is usually a method of raising capital at the expense of ongoing commitments so what does it mean here?
There appears to be a long way to go yet before it becomes profitable.

I think you sum up well the dilemma we probably all have to stick or twist.
The main problem - already expressed by others so nothing original - is the lack of financial clarity. We all know that cashflow kills companies so if they had come out with we need more working capital of this amount to get us into this position and we are working out the best way between debt and equity then we would all know where we stand. But apart from Moon saying 50m we have no idea of the amount or even timescale. Is is 3 month down the line problem or next week for instance.
In a quandary.

A percentage dilution is the same regardless of the starting sp.
i.e if it is a 80% dilution on £5 it falls to £1 and on 5p it falls to 1p.
I am not invested but looking closely as there may be a spike before dilution occurs. Dont know what to do so will do nothing tonight.

I hope so though the previous appear to have done nothing for us; as the rns says "with this being the fifth new or expanded customer partnership we have announced this year" and look what has happened to the sp.
Still holding but probably more in hope than expectation. Will make a decision after the interims to stick or twist.
