Brought my average down to 52p. Watched it all the way to £1.50 but didn't sell then or on the way down..
Not knowing when to sell is my biggest problem!

I know the market is in meltdown today but why has this fallen so far. Delayed LSE has it below £500 at 9% down. Surely the BOD must say something even if it is we don't understand why it has fallen so sharply and steeply?

I'm almost frightened to say anything as this is a very welcome rise seemingly on the back of the announcement of the new CEO as I can't find any other news. Long way to go yet but encouraging

It keeps trying to move up but is always knocked back. Still hopeful I will get my money back but fear the £15 days are long gone.

Indeed and the recent little rise hasn't lasted long either.
Only Scancell of my bios doing ok atm. Surprisingly it seems a sector out of favour.

I read your comment before the RNS and thought for one moment it was a deal for its products, licensing or something. Not a fan of sale and leaseback but it can make sense if you are cash strapped. Assuming they last the full 15 years OXB will pay something like £68m in rent which if you factor in possible future inflation and do a discounted cash flow (which I am not) I guess will be less than what they have received but they will of course not own the asset. We also don't know the terms of the lease - who is responsible for maintenance and upgrading as today's facilities will not be fir for purpose in 10 years time.
So I am neutral on this unless the funds are put to a use that increases the value of the sp I can't see this in itself doing much for it. I hope I am wrong and we move rapidly out of the £3 arena

There have been many false dawns and we are still way under what could be deemed a sensible sp so I am sanguine and not raising any hopes yet as it's difficult to see what has changed to reverse the sentiment.

This is more than bots. It has been walked down from £9 and unfortunately shows no sign of stopping.
Any takeover wont be at that high price that's for sure. I had this one in my "established" bio section not early where it could easily fall down so it's even more galling and disappointing compounded by nothing being said by the BOD apart from fatuous uncosted contracts which we now see are very small beer indeed.

Who can blame them? There doesn't seem to be any light at the end of this particular tunnel. Into the £2 we come?

I thought for one moment we were going to fall below £3 and it was beginning to look like a death spiral. Yes when they were finally disclosed the "undisclosed" contracts were not worth very much which is why the market eventually moved against rather than the initial small rise.
I am still in having misjudged my last buy very badly. It's hard to get excited as the company releases very little information and it is hard to be optimistic from the numbers we know but it is still operating and so there is a chance I might get some of my money back.
Sareum hit by what was seen as bad news and lost a third before clawing back a bit so that down from about £4.50 to £1.50 and Angle from £1.50 to about 50p and VAL scraping along at 16p, I am not doing so well in my biotechs/pharmas

My average after buying from 24 downwards on the drop is now 7 so would slice at 21 as I am not getting any younger and would want to spend some of it and not leave it to the tax man.

That's the going rate now even for secured though if they are selling and leasing back what is it secured on?
15% would be nearer unsecured so I don't have a problem with it and it is much longer term so hopefully there is now a financial base to move forward.
SP reacted in the right way but can easily turn and a very long way to go.

Not as such. It was all to do with goings on in 2020 with Bovis etc when I got transferred into Vistry from Galliford Try. That meant the effective rate was £17, or £17.056 per share to be precise which meant I was and still am stuck.

My average is £17 so will be adding at some stage to bring that down but not yet.

Kernow is the name for the ancient kingdom of Cornwall, King Mark in the 6th century and all that. Unfortunately King Arthur and his supposed castle at Tintagel is just a myth but we have a real and vibrant history.
