I am with you. I haven't lost too much, relatively speaking, but I have a friend who invested for his children. Yes we all make our own decisions based on what we know and what we hope but this is a hard one to take and for me on the heels of Flybe and ROK a while back. Dont ever invest in any shares I have!

I sold a couple of small ones before the drop and now of course wish I had sold more but hey ho.
Am holding off on this one until we have a clearer picture of direction of travel.
Now that I am not getting any younger I am more looking to take out than put in but agree that it all could be very messy for a while. When is the next news due?
I am also in Angle and that has recovered a little bit. Someone was recommending supermarkets this morning on the basis that those of us who survive will still have to eat.

I know suppliers who lost as well plus of course the shareholders such as me from the old EBC days. Investing in local companies has not done me any good as I lost heavily in Flybe as well.
They say you live and learn but I'm not sure that I do!

10% drop today seems an over reaction but I guess we have just been caught up in the general panic. Waste isn't going away. I notice they are not now expecting the tribunal result until later in the year so that might have had a negative effect as well.

Carnage everywhere. Just seems to be panic selling with even PM and PM miners down and they are usually safe havens. Biotech/pharmaceutical stocks as well including this one.
I don't have the nerve to buy more as I am not so certain about the upcoming results for all the reasons discussed here about the heavy expenditure and the switch to manufacturing. Do you have a view?

Us who came in from GFRD miss out on the dividend again as well so a double whammy.

SP fallen a lot over the last week or so after a decent rise.
Vistry fallen back also and annoyingly announced its latest dividend payment will be for shareholders on the books before the takeover from GFRD so we miss out again.
Can't imaging this dividend will be much. Disappointing and annoying

Doesn't explain the huge fall today. I can understand airlines, travel companies and even construction to a certain extent but Angle?

Let's hope we aren't looking at a classic P&D though it's beginning to smell a bit like it.

LSE RNS is all over the place. It is not just here. On other boards the number is wrong and old rnss have been posted again so I think it is just a blip

Nope. It behaves like the penny share it once was with seemingly no reasons behind either steep drops or steep losses pace the 6% swing in one day last week. Baffling and always silence from the BOD.
We are patiently waiting the next update as that will tell us how successful the switch from research into manufacturing has been.

This is NOT a recommendation but have a look at Angle and see what you think as it is trying to breakthrough as well. For clarity I hold a small number of them and have done for years - though not as long as the 16 here - but everyone needs to make up their own minds as it is still risky and as I say I am not recommending it. It is just a contraxt to OXB.

If there is any comfort to be had it is that the shares in the new Bovis (Vesitry) have been climbing nicely but that only shows the contrast in the market view of this one as opposed to the new one. Been in GFRD a long time but now my residue shares are in the red so not a happy bunny.

We are just biding our time until the update but the fall has been disappointing. Almost 10p (20%) down since the last dividend was paid at 53p per share to buy. I had hoped the more optimistic noises about cruise reservations and the 3 year insurance might have had a positive impact but seemingly not. Let's hope someone doesn't know what we don't if you see what I mean.

Flybe didn't get government support when ordinary pis were wiped out last year when the consortium took over. Flybe floated at £2.95. Takeover sp 1p!

having held since this was Sarantel at £1 a share I will be holding and hoping. I have of course averaged down but need quite a rise to get out even let alone with any profit

You are probably right but we shouldn't be having 6% swings in a day

Down we go again on 12000 sold. It is just frustrating that still acts as a penny share on AIM. I cant see any reason for a 4.5% fall on such small volume so is something happening behind the scenes?
We never get anything but silence from the BOD so who knows?
