Good to hear from you again Shatter. Hope all is well. We have suffered less from Covid down here in GOC but are wondering what an influx of visitors will do to us and our barely coping medical facilities - one major hospital in the whole of the county though Derriford is next door.
I am just holding at the moment as 16 years of patience have taught me that OXB has the ability to disappoint and as you say is running at quite a loss. It needs new contracts so let's see if the AGM throws up anything different and positive.

If I read the rns correctly it looks as if all the placing has been taken and OXB now has another £38m in the bank. Good news I guess though it would have been nice if existing pis had been able to participate. Is anyone clear about exactly what is happening as there are reports that AZ is producing the vaccine without knowing whether it works. If so is that taking place at the Oxbox and is OXB getting paid regardless? Payment levels with of course be less than normal commercial because of the nfp element but it should still mean income?

and of course it is marked up as soon as I post but the principle is the same. Undervalued.

Can't believe this has fallen on the back of the GGP news, up another 1p today and now worth 6 times what Prim paid for them.
Prim now seems to be valued at less than GGp's worth let alone any value for the other investments which are admittedly difficult to determine until they come to market.
Puzzling.

Unfortunately it didn't stay above it for very long. Perhaps after the initial excitement reading the small print about "not for profit" took off some of the gloss. Disappointing as I thought this would give us a runway for takeoff. Early days maybe it will especially if the COVID vaccine actually works.

It looks as if the rest of the portfolio is valued at next to nothing.
I guess it will take the other companies coming to market to express real value but I have been in this for a while and like the portfolio balance - just wish it would move a bit quicker and not seemingly so dependant on GGP.

You have to hold EIS shares for 3 years also otherwise you have to pay the tax relief back so I guess that means SAR is expecting to be around that long.

Being hammered again. I was on automatic reinvestment and bought at £7.90 so that looks like another great decision by me.
We need really good H2 news for this to prosper I think.
