A good title for this thread! All this arguing is pointless-nobody is going to change their stance/interpretation of the known facts. 1 fact remains-we're all in the dark, and that is not acceptable. LC should be updating us. I can appreciate that the negotiations are complex and delicate-but he's negotiating a PPA not bloody Brexit!. How complicated can it be? Especially after the MOU. If he sets deadlines then he should come back to us when they are not met. That for me is the least he should be doing. As to why people don't sell up if they don't have confidence in LC-it's human nature. No-one wants to admit they got something wrong, especially if that is going to cost money which there is just a chance you might get back. I am torn. The project should be a winner and that's what attracted me and still does. But LC has done nothing but undermine my confidence.

I'm not overly concerned-just think it's weird that Kiwi's post is at 00:21 which was some hours before the news apparently hit MOD's ASX site. Is Kiwi Mystic Meg?? Can Kiwi tell us when MTR is gonna hit 20p??

Tones, your reply implies you think there are lots of sellers, probably PIs with not huge shareholdings, but I'm more inclined to believe the sells are from a very small no of holders-perhaps even 1, despite the fact there have been no notifications of thresholds being crossed. But it's all speculation and gets nobody anywhere.

It's certainly simple with hindsight, but you have to be very confident in your alternative investments to get out of MTR at this price.

I've given up trying work out where all these sells are coming from. The holders must have got in very early, as Taylot says, or they must be desperate for the cash. I can't see any logic in it at all.

In my aim experience I'm afraid "no news" has rarely been "good news". KIBO is just that bit different, however, as delayed/no news is actually the norm. So I hang on a bit longer waiting for the news to drop.

Since the whole financial services industry was brought under the FSA (rather than the separate regulators each sector had previously) regulation has gone to pot. Some years ago when the firm I worked for got into a dispute about interpretation of their rules, the FSA eventually had to get an opinion from an external barrister to tell them what their own ****** rules meant! They're about as much use as the proverbial in a lift.

Dontpanick, focus on the important things. On Saturday, we're gunna wallop the scousers and Big Dave will keep us up so we can show the dingles who's still the best team in the Black Country next season. If not, well, MTR will certainly be higher in a few weeks time, once the news starts to flow. So it's win-win (almost) from now on in.
