RE: Slovenia is the place to start20 May 2020 00:58
Alwaysup, I have to assume you did not dial in to the conf call!...if you did you would have heard AD's sales pitch which was almost entirely focussed on Cuba!... Slovenia is currently subject to yet another strategic review, the outcome as yet not known... My personal disappointment with the call was that 98% was AD's sales pitch, which was very good.. (if you believed any share can get from 3p to £2).. I had understood that if you wanted to ask a question, you had to submit it to Stephanie at Cassiopeia, which I did but contrary to that only "live" questions were asked and only 4 of them!.. which meant shareholders did not have a good interrogation of the boards intent. I honestly believed my emailed questions could have been addressed but they were just ignored... For interest, one of the four questions asked "live" was in ref to J. Buggenhagen (self promoted saviour of AST?) being retained as a consultant.. AD confirmed it was a consultancy to inherit legacy knowledge that was for a couple of hours per week for 3 months so a total of 2 weeks of consultancy over 3 months before being terminated.
A good question posed ref what happened to the last two cash raises prior to the new boards recents...........the answer which had an element of integrity was that although the money was raised with good intent, it was instead used (absorbed) to keep the company running, which I interpreted as running costs and salaries.
My heart wants to believe but my head says no more!!!.... my gut feeling as an LTH in at £1.20 post consolidations is to trade the chit out of this share where the opportunity arises!
