I may have mentioned this before but I believe the BIT will fail, principally due to the fact that since Brexit, the UK has no recourse to the European Courts, therefore, Slovenia can find against the claim and stonewall any appeals from the UK.
I also predict that Enyo, the Law firm that Ascent is negotiating with, will want some form of risk or reward funding agreement through which they cannot lose financially. Ascent will not want to pay Enyo for costs and expenses incurred with a “losing” claim so I expect that the “claim” withers and dies on the vine.
To further support this view, Enyo will be aware that Ascents invoicing is not generating income which means any cash reserves we currently have, will rapidly diminish through salaries etc. reducing the likelihood that Enyo would ever get paid.

This extract means no progress on the Slovenian claim, it means they have not reached agreement on how to fund the claim.

Miavoce, my understanding is that moving shares from your SIPP to an ISA is the equivalent of a “drawdown” and would attract 25% tax and would mean that your fund, if it was your first drawdown, would then become “chrystalised”

Does AMPLIVANT enhance MODI-1 or is it the other way round?…I wonder how the partnership will be weighted commercially.

Based on historical and recent support from new and existing investors the Board believes that such funding, if and when required, could be obtained through new debt or equity issuances. However, the ability to raise these funds is not guaranteed at the date of signing these financial statements. As a consequence, the auditors have specified a material uncertainty related to going concern.

Rats, how did you work out that I am a “sore loser”?…as a PI, I have had losses, some of them big, I am sure we all have but I keep an eye on my overall profit / loss across all my investments and am currently smiling from ear to ear!!…in on SCLP in mid 2019 with an average of 6.3p.…you think I am a sore loser well that’s ok!…is it ok with you if I think you are a pompous, self righteous know it all, that would give his eye teeth to have everyone agree with him, which is why you have, by your own admission, deleted some of my previous posts here!!

You have wasted 10.5 years of your life on this board. If you had invested £10k ion 4April 2012 it would have lost 33% of its value…..Blimey!!! …No wonder he is so angry!!

It’s good news I guess but only 5 additional patients recruited since the last update in January…with only 30% of the SA population vaccinated to date… I think if was managing this I would be taking names and kicking a##!!!

Smrrty, Retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor (retired 18 years ago and was appointed by Donald Trump as an adviser) appeared on Fox News (feb 28th). The Washington Post reported:

He argued that the United States should “absolutely” just let Putin take what he wants in Ukraine — even calling for lifting sanctions. Macgregor said he was sure that Putin had “no interest in crossing the west” of Ukraine and would settle for the east. He cited Ukraine’s history of corruption and said that “more important, the population there is indistinguishable from [Russia’s] own.”

You sound like a Russian supporter wanting the military action to stop or “be over soon” Tell that to the Ukrainians who are fighting and dying to live in a free and democratic country!!
The Ukrainians want more support and more weapons so that they can carry on the fight against the invasion, they don’t want to roll over and give in.
NATO should impose a no fly zone over Ukraine and supply more weaponry and call Putin’s bluff. His military are not as effective as the Russians would have us believe from what can be read in the media and the risk that Russia destabilises Eastern Europe for years to come, it would be a risk worth taking.
I hope that the Ukrania survives as a democratic country and shame on you for saying otherwise.

Two years ago, Merck announced that they were "spinning off" three divisions to focus on Oncology and Vaccines. Four months later (June 2020) Redmile sold off their investment in Bristol Myers Squibb and bought into Merck. Five months later (Oct / Nov 2020), Redmile invested in Scancell.

From June 15th last year.

So the limited production is generating income to a JV account but Ascent (UK) has no access to that account so are having to invoice the JV partner(s) who they are in dispute with.
Slovenian law now prevents any form of hydraulic stimulation so the “tight” gas will remain “tight” which clearly devalues the field. It doesn’t matter what the price of gas is on the market if you cannot get any significant production.
The 25% reduction of salaries is to extend the life of this terminally ill company. It’s a necessity not generosity from this BoD.

Yep that was mine!…can’t resist these prices, I cannot see a downside as the IP will remain even if the potential isn’t realised …if that makes sense! :-)

Burble, I appreciate your response and don’t disagree with your thoughts, perhaps Lindy et al have enough information but my question is more about whether or not the “authorities” whoever they are, would consider results as reliable from 16 patients. Do Scancell need some kind of approval to move to a phase 2 or booster trial?
I have based my question on the 16 patients, which I hope is no longer a fact!!…hopefully we reached a full complement.
