Jeez, more clever wording from this shower. The terminology suggests that Ascent have dragged Geoenergo to mediation when in fact, Geoenergo HAVE initiated the mediation and I would wager that they would not have done that if they did not have the whip hand.
Remember the relationship between Geoenergo whose parent company is Petrol Group, which in turn is 20% owned by the Slovenian government!…don’t be fooled by this smokescreen, AST is just about dead in the water…fundraising and dilution due shortly to ensure the BoD can maintain their lifestyle..yuk!…note that they are still calling themselves a Caribbean invested company when they have abandoned the Cuba project without even starting it ffs!!

I never was sure of how much AMPLIVANT needs MODI-1 or vice versa. I made an uneducated assumption that they would need each other equally and made my own maths up but happy to be re-educated.

Ruck, I cannot answer your question as I really don’t know. I admit to hanging and hoping on the basis of some of what has been posted here.
I used to be quite disciplined years ago and would sell on a double but there is something about this share that seems too good to be true!…and I believe it!…maybe that’s irrational but there you go!…I saw somewhere, I think it was on Clinical Trials that one of the trials will take 85 weeks…others may complete sooner. I will hold until at least the end of 2023 and am fairly relaxed about that timeline and the SP.

No more Cuba as the MOU is not being continued. No income from Slovenia as the partners have a strong case not to pay Ascents invoices. Only two months of operating capital left and an urgent requirement to fundraise through further dilution for another bull crap idea for Peru. Auditors again have material uncertainty that this pile of sh**e can be seen as a going concern….cut your losses and sell for whatever you can get… the report was BS … there is nothing left here!

I think some of the projected valuations touted here are a bit ambitious. ISA pharma will benefit from their AMPLIVANT conjugated with Modi-1 which, to my mind, means 50% of the value…that’s just my opinion!…as we have no knowledge of any potential commercial arrangements with ISA pharmaceuticals.
However, if it does prove to “melt away” cancers then 50% would still be a massive win for shareholders and an even bigger result for those with the various forms of Cancer that the treatment is targeting.

…and he did the same thing with Echo… postponed publication of accounts until after their AGM!… shocking that the LSE allows serial offending like this!

Parsons (chairman) did the same thing with Ascent Resources!!!…their Report and accounts due on the 30th of this month!… way after the AGM…LSE should hang their heads in shame as allowing this means that shareholders get shortchanged!

Just guessing but suspect that if you invest in the hope of making money here, then you are likely to be a Tory voter because you believe in capitalism over socialism.
Full disclosure I was a Firefighter in the 1978 strike and saw such corruption with what was known as the “ Hardship Fund” , managed by the FBU that we saw union reps that bought cars during the strike, it was so bad that I withdrew from the union and got sacked. I hired a lawyer and as firefighters are local authority employees, I was pretty quickly reinstated. Mick Lynch is a “ throwback” union rep, in the Arthur Scargil mode, ( younger viewers should Google) that just hates conservatives. If you watch Question Time tonight, he was proven as a liar when the Tory rep on the panel showed a letter that clearly stated that Network rail is not looking for compulsory redundanciesc where possible. He tried to deny it but he was clearly embarrassed… Trade Union reps are an embarrassment to employees. Market forces will dictate wages and conditions. We know as employees that modernisation and efficient practices will guarantee quality jobs and good wages!…we are in the 2020’s not the 70’s. Modernisation is a necessity not a choice if you want to earn decent wages!

If everyday you keep saying you expect an RNS then one day you will be right!!…then you can give yourself a pat on the back and let us all know how right you were!

These are a legal requirement and due on the 30th June!!…They will “over value” the Slovenian asset and tell us it’s worth more than it is (as they do every year) it will be their own idea of it’s value, not a third party valuation….we all know it’s pretty much worthless while it stays in the ground as tight gas with no stimulation (fracking) allowed… if they are too inventive on values, I will draw it to the attention of the LSE and request that they look at the integrity of the accounts.

Result of AGM posted an hour after the meeting started…all about authorising the board to raise more cash through equity dilution!…how on earth are they getting away with it!
The fundraise will happen in weeks if not days…maybe even before the delayed accounts are published on the 30th June!!

AIM Rules.
“An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate.”
I noted in the company notice for the AGM issue in May that they are waiting until the very last day (30th June) of the Allowed period of postponement. It’s not going to be pleasant reading and I wonder if the “Going Concern” issue will be in the Auditor’s report again…as it was last year!!

What an amateurish piece of window dressing this corporate presentation is…broad statements on Peru and restating the Slovenian claim and no mention of the Cuba operation which was equally amateurish in it’s introduction a while ago!!…standby for more fundraising to progress Peru which should be interpreted as a means of ensuring salaries are paid because they are running out of cash… whoever said that this BoD should be investigated for fraud, could be right…My opinion remains as a “Strong Sell”…If you are thinking of investing here, do some proper research and look at the history of this company and it’s fundraising in the past six years and then look at it’s performance and production and compare how much of the monies raised have been spent on salaries versus investment.
