Loki, your 09:21 post is selective, you need to find some balance by quoting more accurately or you will lose credibility!…if you haven’t already with your one sided posts.
The following I have cut and pasted so are not my words but hopefully, if nothing else, show that there are two sides to every argument.

I like a good moan and as a long term holder here I feel entitled!!!…so here is one…I was a Labour voter and a remainer but have changed allegiance on both counts!
Labour have become a party of whiners since Milliband and a laughing stock during the Corbyn era. Imagine the damage to the reputation and legitimacy of the UK had they succeeded. Thank F*** for the commonsense of the electorate.
Today looking at the Labour front bench, I see a weak leader who cannot compete on wit against any of the Tory PM’s he has faced, or on substance during the HoC debates and PM’s question time.
He seems to be supported by a shadow cabinet of ranting, angry, red faced, sweating Tory haters. Using the present state of the economy as a battering ram without recognising the impact of global events. They respond to any question on their policies by referring to the current state of the economy and blaming the government for it all. It is a typical one dimensional approach that makes me reach for the remote control.
I voted to remain in the EU and was disappointed to leave but since leaving, I have noted the behaviour of our “neighbours” and now support leaving and see a future in our independence. It will take time but deregulation and further removal of inhibiting and unnecessary standards will give us, as a country, room to stretch and grow!
We will rise again, like a Phoenix …etc etc!!!!……if only the SP would as well!…:-)

I note from your posting history that you are interested in Red Rock Resources, Tomco Energy, Block Energy and Nostra Terra all of which have been and are investment disasters.
Wishing a company is a good opportunity does not make it so you need to undertake quality research on every aspect of a company!…Good Luck! I think you are going to need it!

I am not very empathetic or sympathetic to the individual circumstances of some posters here but do feel anger at the pretence of concern, barely concealed by some posts. Nobody here knows whether or not Scancell have asked “Tilly” to resist communicating, you just assume they have because “Tilly” has not “announced” anything

What a blagging bunch of worthless management. The RNS is another sound bite on arbitration that is never going to be resolved in their favour. Geoenergo are tied into the government through Petrol which is the government energy company.
No update on their imaginary ESG Hispanic..it doesn’t even exist either in Columbia or Peru.
A paltry £600k raised ….less “expenses” but at a cost of further dilution.
To me this company is on the cusp of legality. There is nothing supporting it. They don’t have their own office and have no employees and have little or no money….but plenty of debt!…Anyone looking at it with the intention of investing could not be blamed if their research led them to believe it is a scam.

Not so chipper last night and tested Covid positive this am!..I believe I must have been exposed on the flight over on Thursday! Been busy rescheduling my Monday meeting to “Teams” and pushing back our return flights…sadly will not now be attending the AGM.
I would have liked to have personally guaged the “mood” of the BoD when answering questions on communication of progress and any questions on product timelines! … like others, I look forward to reading the opinions and feedback of those who will attend.

Fully agree Ivy!…it’s why I will attend. We got back yesterday and have a meeting in Holborn Monday morning so I should have plenty of time to grab a bit of lunch and get across to the event!…not expecting fireworks but hope to distill some flavour that supports my thoughts on my investment here.
Let’s hope the meeting is not hijacked by those empty vessels who like to hear the sound of their own voices!

Friggs, I am not sure anything is odd. If you look at the SP over the last 42 months it has moved from circa 5p to close to 20p. I think that is significant movement. The RNS’s have not been around financial progress or monetisation of the “potential” of our products, except for the recent Genmab deal and until we get some specific detail of that deal I am not sure the SP will have any further movement but could be wrong.
I am holding here with a huge smile already in place and the belief that the SP will take care of itself when the “right” RNS is issued.

Absolutely delighted with the news.
The only point I would make is that the news is about the deal being potentially lucrative!… there is no cash in the Scancell bank yet but that said, the future is bright! :-D

My guess is that if any “significant” news were imminent, then there would be some leakage of some sort.
Depending on whether the news is good or bad, we would see fluctuation one way or the other of the SP.
As nothing has happened, I am inclined not to expect any news in the very near future.
I am not being negative, I am managing my expectations based on what I currently see and ignoring the constant yelping on here for an RNS.

I believe Merck European headquarters are in Frankfurt with Stifel also based there!…just saying :-)
