I think the price is being maintained to tempt the sellers.

The price is going up to make you sell.
I have watched the price going up on google and received a quote to sell at that higher price.
Has anyone been able to buy anything in the past 20 mins?

The £138K trade showed up on the 10th September and I happened to spot it before it fell off the list ...

... the trade was at 0.27302 on the 9th September so someone has confidence in OEX.

"And paid 0.27 so losing already unless they have insider info"... it depends on who it is and what clout they have with their broker.
If they said "I want 50 million shares and don't want to pay more than 0.3", then the broker has done a great job.
Investing +£100 is more than a day trader; unless they are minted and can afford to risk that kind of money on a one-day rise.
