55 million SELL or 55 million BUY reported after hours ?
Would the price have increased if someone dumped this volume?

Looked earlier and I say EUA were at 0.40 and SYME was 0.004; that was nice to see.
Tick-up if you are in EUA and SYME (like me).

Don't we need minimum 0.69 for 31st Dec to exercise the option ?

So is my analogy of the basic Business Model correct ?
Yes SYME is the platform, it is fin-tech, new asset class, special purpose vehicle, etc; however the cash is from the investors and the stock is "physically" with the client, however the basic principles are those of a pawn brocker.
It is win-win because pawn brokers are always minted because they have a pile of cash or a shed load of inventory which is (most of the time) worth more than they payed for it.

For anyone struggling with what SYME do, basically they are a pawn broker.
The clients have the inventory and need operational cash-flow; SYME provide the cash and hold the inventory; when the client sell the inventory they buy it back from SYME.
This way the client is does not have a debt on their balance sheet and SYME has inventory.
basically SYME can hold inventory without having to incur any manufacturing risk !!!!!
This is how I see it, f***ing brilliant.
Please correct me if I have misunderstood.

The only party who wants EUA to be sold cheap is the one who is buying.
Everyone else who is working on the sale process are working to get the highest price possible; they all benefit and so do we.

If this is what the sale of EUA will bring you (and I am sure for many others), just imagine what Dmitry will be dreaming of :)
I too am looking forward to some financial independence from the sale; not retirement level, just enough not to worry about some life luxuries like a nicer holiday (post-COVID) and/or a new kitchen, etc. Hold tight the BOD will not sell EUA on the cheap due to time pressure, they want the rewards too.

I don't understand why people are so impatient !!!!
We came out of suspension in July 2020 and since then the price is +141%.
People who were in pre-suspension are +329%.
Why are people expecting a multi-billion dollar deal to be completed quickly !!!
Hold tight, if we sell then we sell, if not we have the assets; most LTH should have multi-bagged already.

No advice or price predictions here, only the panic of someone who's trying.
Got paid at the end of last month and have been watching the price hovering in low 40s, so I thought I would top up today.
The price was rising so I thought I would buy 589,223 to give me a nice round number on my holding.
I couldn't get a quote, so I thought let me see what price I would get quoted for a sell.
I saw the post lower down that anything over 500K was not possible, so I waited for a while.
When I pressed the get price button I received a quote of 0.41.
Get-in I thought and pressed execute and saw the order was completed.
I went back to check my account and "F**k, f**k, s**t, s**t"; I didn't change the SELL to BUY when I pressed for requote.
I spent the next 30 mins trying to rectify my mistake.
Ended up where I wanted to be, i.e. buying 1,178,446 (678,446+500,000) @ 0.432 average.
This is my SELL trade showing as a BUY ...

I cannot see the BUY back, I think the mistake cost me approx. £200.
Moral of the story, check the screen before pressing EXECUTE (and don't believe the BUY/SELL indicators on trades)

Nice find/analysis Kyle17, General Public has sold to Institutions and Private Companies, who have upped their holdings; whereas the Insiders and VCs have stuck to their holding (i.e. 48% are not worried about daily movement)

The MMs saw it coming and let it pass.

Because they know this is bigger than what they can deal with. Sometimes it is better to bow out gracefully than to be kicked out. SYME is putting all the pieces in place to become a "global player".
