We've been through the sh*t with court cases and now we are coming out at the otherside.

MMs make their money on the percentage spread and the volume of trades.
They need to keep the market alive by holding some stock by balancing the buys and sells.
Like I said if DEMAND is greater than SUPPLY the price has to rise to temp the SELLS; the buyer do not want the price to go up.
Also don't forget the SHORT game which is constantly played.

It will rise if the the demand is greater then the supply. MMs can keep it down and the people who want the stock will load up. It only stays down because the stockholders meet the demand by selling. If there is no supply then the price has to go up to "tempt" holders to take their profit. It is basic economics; don't sell if you think your stock is worth more than someone is bidding.

Hum. I thought it works like this ...
I borrow 100 shares from Person1, with a promise to give back 101, and SELL them from £100.
The price goes up to £1.10 so I borrow another 100 shares from Person2, same promise, and sell them for £110.
I now have £210 to buy 202 share.
Because I (and others like me have sold at £1.10) have sold the price comes down to £1.05 and I can now buy back 200 share and I only owe 2.
I borrow another 100 shares from Person3 and sell them for £1.05 and price comes down to £1.03.
And so it goes on; that is what I mean by "Shorters have to keep shorting".
It is that or they go bust.

My thought is, once you are in the shorting game you need to keep doing it until you recover your losses. Therefore the price will drop from the opening high while the Shorters sell on the high to buy back in lower.
It is like having to double-up the bet to break even, therefore the high-open this morning needs to be brought down for the Shorters to get stock back.
Day-to-day fluctuation will happen, the only thing that matters is the price when you want to SELL; it is like property prices, it doesn't matter what your house is worth unless you are selling.

Hi JTMacs, I know how the BUY/SELL indicator is derived. My point was to highlight that not all SELL/RED trades are someone off loading. With your explanation we can see that everytrade is going to be marked as a SELL.

Look at these trades, both marked as SELL ...

... the SELL for 50K received a better price than the other.
REALLY, the more you SELL the better the price ???

£0.2743 is the price to BUY.
£0.2721 is the price to SELL.

For some reason the close on 23-MAR-2021 was reported as 29.35. This high close is now showing as a +5% (7.15% as I type) today.
Does anyone know why we had a high close yesterday?

The spread is tight when you go to trade, don't be fooled.

Just checked dummy sell at 13:15 and quoted £0.27555 to SELL on Interactive Investor.

The company is there to operate as a business and provide a service to its customers.
If you are invested in the company then you have faith in the business model and believe the value of your investment will grow as the profitability/value of the company grows.
The company is not there to keep its shareholders happy.
Shareholders will receive the benefits as a by-product of a well run business.

0.6945 at the close on 31st Dec is all we need. If that milestone is met, the rest will be an easy ride.

I think a lot of lths are holding onto these tickets because we have had them for so long we are tempted to sell unless there is a significant rise. I am looking for at least a 5x bag before I consider selling, and 10x before I get excited.

Wow, 14% nice rise to 63 this morning, followed by a 12% drop down to 55 for 30 mins.
I trust that the LTHs stood strong, however I feel some may have been robbed.
I know stoploss are a good mechanism to prevent huge losses, however be careful the treeshake is designed to trigger the SL and panic weaker holders.

These FREE buying sites are not worth it.
You think you are getting a good deal because there are no charges, they make their money from the BID and OFFER price !!!

Thank you all for trying to explain the RNS. It is confusing, however I think it is in AZ's interest for the price to be above £0.006945.
"Supply@Me has been notified by shareholder, Orchestra Group, that it has acquired an option giving it the right to receive 630,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company if the share price is at or above 0.6945 pence per share on 31 December 2020. The option cost is £1.1million."
To add a little more fuel to the fire; does the £1.1 MILL plus £437k (630 MILL @ £0.006945) go to SYME (i.e. not to the MMs)?
