a quick glance here should point you in the right direction. I strongly suggest you take a look at the FCA regs that amongst many other things cover all Aim shares. Insider dealing is not just buying shares it can be selling them too. A lab rat knowing the wonder drug has failed at the last hurdle and selling his/her shares is insider dealing. Directors selling shares in Novacyt with knowledge of the dispute could too constitute insider dealing / same with buying.

Harchris I can recall BJ on tv saying it will be over in 3 weeks. Infact I can recall Chris Whitty saying at the start of this pandemic that he didnt think the UK would be impacted. I take any guesses at to when this will end with a very large pinch of salt.
In the interim I would like to know which of the 550/ 650 tests in our war chest are being selected so they can form the back bone of our decentralised testing alongside new products being worked on. Remember most tests currently RUO and this needs to change for those selected. Great that they are of such high quality they are used in acedemic research constantly and the kudos that brings. Want to see them sold for diagnostic purposes in clinics / hospitals.

'Undefined field service trials" is not a get out clause for the DHSC at all.
If they tried to do it blindfolded then of course it wouldn't work. If they found the process time consuming , ye old pipetting technique, then I doubt that would stand up in court , if it ever got that far . It was without doubt demonstrated prior to purchase , nobody just said we will have 700 of those please. If it was a major issue , Q's failing then that is a different story , the fact Promate was developed and has been purchased twice subsequently indicates to me no major equipment fail. All speculation from us both.

I know that you would have seen it , many others will not have done. I don't post to win points, not my thing. If someones got something of interest to say I will listen or respond. A counter arguement to that BYP is that if he was pushed then I'm sure those responsible will have timed it to prevent the aforesaid occurring. Dunc let's stick to facts. What other POC tests were available at that time and at what price. How do other POC tests compare now ? How many other POC tests can operate outside of labs. How many POC tests can run up to 32 samples at a time ? How many could back in August 2020.
You like many of us invested partly because of their amazing R & D , it still is superb.
The govt cannot renege on a contract because midway thru it they decide they want it cheaper then the negotiated price , nor can they renege because they decide to deal with a different supplier. Might have impacted phase 2, I have no idea.
Without doubt the falling rates of Covid at the time of phase 2 planned activation contributed to the govt not going ahead. We can speculate all we like but it gets us nowhere.
BYP, the interim were published end of June. The resignation ( ? ) was announced end of July.
I would expect to see the figures in the interims , if they weren't then we would all be asking why not, if we had spotted it. It could well be a timing issue and nothing for anyone to get excited about.
I do not have the info to hand but I have most definitely read that G.M had to still be employed in Nov 2021 to receive the second tranche. We know he stepped down as CEO 18th of OCT and furthermore from linked in you can see that he ceased working for Novact in Oct 2021. As far as I am concerned there is nothing to suggest to me that he will be awarded the second tranche. If he is then rest assured I will be as peed off as any shareholder!!!!!

Your last post reads as though NCYT will earn zero and the cash position will just be eroded , this is obviously wrong, before you ask, no I can't tell you what they are selling or where , but they sure as hell won't be playing office ping pong.
With regards to A.D and G.M I thought that they had to be in situ fully employed by Novacyt to avail of the second tranche of the LTIP. I don't expect to see a decline in cash position , infact the opposite an increase.

Larry you do amazing research , I just remember that well because the deaths in the care home homes like with many millions of others , upset me tremendously. I sent that article along with many others to Mandy as supporting literature re DHSC dispute. The Randox debarcle stinks ! Try putting it on a timeline of when Nova got first contract , then nothing until the Sept and it stinks even further ( if that is possible )

The potential issues with Molnupiravir that are being raised appear to be with mutations , no idea as to the accuracy of what is being said , way beyond my ability to even ascertain if this is or is not likely or a total load of hows your father.
Regardless, it cannot be disputed that any therapeutic that needs to be taken within a tight time constraint from onset of symptoms will only increase testing.
Read all sorts of nonescence on here over the last few weeks about testing being over , it is here until covid numbers are very very low and none of us know when that it is.
