If I was David I would be positioning myself with transplant tests , converting lots of RUO tests blah blah , to start running in parallel to ensure some form of continuity of business and growth. Both in parallel is my chosen option , if orders flooding in sure divert staff and proactively seek out new business too. Because of lack of RNS's we examine everything to death and as shareholders can score home goals.
Sure he didn' t mean to the detriment of achieving full value from the supply of covid tests, nor he had a specific end date in mind. G.M was crucified for saying he couldn't predict future earnings and I daresay D.A is very aware of this fact. Just imo.

Pcr testing will still be maxed out , this is to alleviate pressure on the labs and to shorten self isolation as NHS grinding to a halt , the riding it out approach is struggling already with more trusts moving to critical status.

They estimate 10 to 15 % at the moment being reinforced, dont know what % of those are boosted but certainly herd immunity seems to be in question.

He last had Covid in Oct I believe , I assume he is boosted. It would appear increasingly that this is occurring

I disagree HKK , I'd rather hear nothing then listen to him stuttering and concocting his next Porky pie. The attempt to in any way rally the troops akin to Churchill was too much BS for me , a rapid button press and he vanished , wish it worked in real life I would press the remote to send him somewhere very remote.
