ChasPB , if a law firm employed by Novacyt drew up the contract and they left Novacyt exposed or indeed a law company/firm was employed to check the contract and they are accountable in any way they have huge insurance coverage.
I believe the contract is a 'standard' NHS contract. Did Novacyt have it examined by lawyers before signing , I don't know. Did they hold any insurance in case of default of pyt , I don't know if such a thing exists , it would have to be all encompassing and the cost to risk would be huge. I can't envisage that they did .

I have said often on here I have no issue people trading but as in life in general a sprinkling of etiquette goes a long way. It has been severely lacking here over the last month.

The 600 tests Nova have , do they require constant updating ?
I would amongst other things be doing a review of them all. If they don't turn a profit then cull. We are used constantly non covid to benchmark and in academic peer reviews, the kudos is great but does it translate to cash. Is it a way of enabling them to be first responders, boots on the ground with so many universities/ labs etc. Is it high risk to thin out the portfolio , I suspect that D.A may well be performing this exercise alongside his decisions as to what new tests the R&D will be working on.
Right now the biggest cash cow is Covid so surely the top R&D priority would be the 10 minute test Gemma mentioned back in August in the ASHG video , which was filmed I believe a few months prior to that.
That is why I believe it is imminent. Let's see , because if it isn't forthcoming then what the hell has our R & D squad been up to.

Could another layer be added. Ok if you have an antibody test and can prove you don't require a booster then ok. I personally would prefer to take an antibody test to see if I needed it. Or am I missing something here.

There are more French shareholders then English fact. Who buys the products is irrelevant to me. The interview should have conducted twice in both languages.

Put it this way if a few were on our board there wouldn't be so many stressed shareholders.
Something really simple for example, If I was a French shareholder I would be pretty irratated by the interview , like I would be if D .A conducted an interview in French.

Valju Goldmans are imo a brilliant company to work for, superb training and recruit the cream. Ruthless ? No family life as expectation to work 24 /7 but no different to most top tier law firms or other financial institutions.
