So all appears rosy from that report B2H but perhaps not and I agree that is what Novacyt are probably doing. Indeed is that not what they have already done with YOTI , not technical so don't fully understand.

I disagree Baby H. A lot of R&D scientists are razor sharp , have PHD's and that's what differentiates a good fast innovative team from your average plodders. Those folk are very important and I think your comment is not reflective of the talent Novact should seek to retain or recruit. Just imo.

I saw some Job ads Neil and I was suprised how low the salaries quoted were. I must say though I have no knowledge of the going rate nor if Novacyt pay above market rate. I was just making a comparison to other industries which I know is not a good benchmark.

Hi HC , you are indeed correct. I would however like to see something that gives me some reassurance that the fat cats don't get all cream and one of the most crucial compotents of the company are incentivised .

I fully comprehend that Hillseeker and am pleased by both the fact it is shares and by the fact that some cannot be sold immediatly. I am not pleased that something was not announced to both secure and reward the backbone of the company the R&D team.

It is eyewatering incompetence and that is being generous. It is quite apparent that the procurement process was without doubt in chaos. I recall reading on bidstats somewhere re the initial 150mm contract that they had asked Novacyt because of the urgent requirement to start producing immediately.

I can't be bothered to go back and look but from memory Nudge offered tests at cost to NHS NO PROFIT but the initial order of 5. something mill ran into issues and DHSC didnt order again. Was /is professional use. Don't know if CTDA approved haven't followed , was single use , required disposal scisscors , wiping down of cartridge machine , nudge box. Didn't touch the Q's on times and wasnt suitable during a pandemic for a busy A&E or wards.

Nothing of any value whatsoever save making me jump once a month :(
