Bio took a near 19 % stake in Therdiag Nov 21 and have just signed a distribution agreement with them .

Its not up to the bod , they can be offered the world , they can recommend it to us , but we own it , think of it like a house sale , we have to agree.

There will be no hostile take over , they are extremely rare . We own the company , we have to approve any takeover. For us to approve any take over it has to be attractive , so it is of no concern.

Agreed but it's certainly thrown me a curve ball. Let me a run a scenario , could be utter garbage. Lets say Bio approached D.A and said we are very interested in collaborating in your 10 min nat test and in your Q machines to expand/ enter POC. Note all hypothetical.
So D.A says well if you buy 5 % , 10 % blah blah of stock on open market and hold for three years then we have a deal to white label or blah blah. This would stop SP Volatility and assist greatly in the LTIP target. Now if something remotely like this is occurring then do Novacyt have to RNS anything. Right now no deal until Bio reach target. Any material impact on SP is seen in the open market ? May be way off the mark here but a possibility ?

So who thinks Bio just decided to buy 3 % in Novacyt as an investment. Not me , not their business. So I expect further TR1's .

Chris it is something that is possible. I simply don't know but hence my earlier comments. Time will tell but exciting. Need to research .

That would suit me Larry 20 % and hold for three years , price increases as they buy in , becomes less volatile and the board well enroute with LTIP goals.
