Valju i'm aware of what Novacyt is , I pulled you on your comment they are dropping SNG , ODX and AVCT so they can drop NCYT levels . No SNG failed phase three of a trial , ODX has just had a placing substantially below what the SP was sitting at , is in debt , has had to sell its manufacturing premises , has a CEO who has blatantly lied consistently and AVCT have had to pull their LFT. They have NOT dropped those SP's so they can drop Novacyts.
The share price was always going to drop today with the announcement BJ made. The reality is we weren't supplying the central labs anyway and regardless of what he says it won't alter how the virus mutates , it will just put us on the backfoot if mass testing is required again.

Well I'd like to believe you that the loss I experienced this a.m on SNG was to rob Ncyt holders of their shares , but somehow I don't think so.

I think perhaps it is a collaboration on something , I posted that last week , however if it is hostile I expect to see a share buy back commence. What happens next will be very telling. Imo

Novacyt could if so desired start a rapid ascent of the sp by commencing a share buy back. Lets see what action if any the next TR1 dropping causes.

Amers I cannot answer that and it would be unfair to do so because a lot of holders I respect have today lost huge sums of money.

I would add to that shorts closing as you would have to be nuts to keep them open at this level. No large declared but suspect numerous smaller still open.

Sounds like Enalees wanted financing to focus on vetinary global expansion currently supply to 80 % of French vetinary practices and want to amongst others target the Uk. They will still produce covid tests for Biosynex for a year.
So Biosynex are buying the R&D as Exmex said they have limited in house ?
