I did as Gazman suggested today and as I do on a regular basis, emailed Mandy.
As I have posted on here before about director dealing, I want to clarify the following. Gazman123 is correct about it being an open period. However it is not that simple. If a director wants to purchase shares they need approval. If they
know information relating to the Dhsc dispute or anything else which impacts the SP it is considered insider trading. Mandy stated they are aware of this and therefore cautious. I am not being pedantic Gazman but there is a big difference between what you posted and what Mandy again confirmed to me today.
