Similar mindset InvestorSteve. I differ from your views in so far as I'm not so convinced that Novacyt are in the dark . There could have been a chat and no deal of any sort on the table until they reach a certain percentage. I am totally wrong if by law they have to report that but can't find anything definitive ... because with my theory there is no deal in consideration until Bio own x percentage. A dangerous game to play if that is what is happening. We all get hacked off with the appalling coms , I struggle to believe though that they would let Bio accumulate shares and do feck all about it. Not logical , we would all at a minimum be on the blower asking questions and if we didn't like the answer or didn't get one then there are multiple things the company could do to increase the SP if they so desired.

Hiya Porky . Got to say yet again reading that round 4 boosters for elderly , care homes , vulnerable is set to commence early April.
Regardless of what is occurring and I see the rapid rise of cases , I personally shall be opting for an antibody test prior to ever taking a booster. I think a lot of folks may feel the same. Perhaps Ncyt should advertise availability of such a test via their many private testing partnerships. If I need a booster no prob I will willingly have it, but for the sake of a few quid I will establish if it is neccessary first. Not that I fit any category they are proposing boosters for at the moment , but I'd hazard a guess it's incoming.

I'm not spitting my dummy and part of the reason I am disappointed is because I knew shorterm it would impact the sp. If you are Blackbird then your pos on twitter about giving away shares was brilliant. I have absutely no intention of doing so and am quite enjoying watching this play out. Each to their own.

I guessed yesterday that after the director buy we wouldn't see an RNS hence my comment. Right now I am pretty certain this will be in an RNS but probably not until April. Yes my preference most definitely would have been an RNS , I am disappointed it has not been introduced to the market in that way. I am however mindful that it is via distributors, trade shows and sales staff that this will be pushed, in the first instance to all 3000 + customers who currently use our instruments.
As to the cost to produce I have no idea, but unless they believed it would encourage more sales of our instruments then they would not have developed it.

Yet again this is a positive that some want to talk down. What methodology Graham used to convey inf to the market is history and D.A cannot be held accountable nor should comparisons be drawn imo.
I am feeling more positive then I have for many months and am actually excited to see exactly how TATA and Biosynex 's involvement plays out.

Captain S I mean simply that perhaps they were waiting on something they had sent to DHSC or vice a versa and perhaps there is now a month were both sides reflect.
Somethings changed. I have asked Mandy about this constantly and she said approval depends on requests being authorised and knowledge certain staff have re the dispute. I would guess he is buying before the April strategy update . We simply don't know. But a buy is positive. I too am more interested in what Bio and TATA are up to.

I would hope if adhering to the rules he knows none of the above and bought because he believes the SP does not in anyway reflect true value . Could be if we see more a tactic to raise the SP to counter Bio. I now expect Co Prep to be tweeted not RNS'd , could be wrong.

Seen it all over the last few years and in absolutely no doubt as to which posts I will give due consideration to. Without doubt imo TATA posting that vid and mobile unit ( toot toot) is evidence we are playing with the big boys. Always very important in life who you decide to play with ;)
