I think Wilson that folks are questioning Wakefield more then D.A as the latter cannot be held accountable.

I don't know , he went from here to zero but was he to blame. Time will tell , I tend to give folks the benefit of doubt but as I just said I think the RNS's were as clear as mud. As is prob apparent from my postings, numbers is my safe place but right now I'm out approx 11mm and I cannot for the life of me figure out why. So yet again it is a waiting game. I don't know legally if LTIP pay outs can be stopped and I guess we never will know as they are hardly likely to publish that fact. One of the most bizarre happenings imo was the engagement of the lawyer who swiftly departed. He must have seen the contract and the main stays of the dispute prior to joining. So my natural conclusion is he thought it could be resolved and would be a tick on the old CV , which leads me to think that the DHSC are holding out for some form of settlement and wouldn't play ball. The actual claim amt doesnt phase me , christ I stuck my house on the market for way over value and hit a sale midpoint between true worth and asking price. The DHSC will obviously aim high .

As always freedom of choice , I could sell and buy a better opportunity , problem is I just don't see one. Will never touch a trial dependant share again , was a first and will be the last. Sng the dead cert :) Never posted much there because I knew full well it wasn't a dead cert. Although I was pretty confident in it. The aim world and the CEOs from ODX , AVCT , that mask company have all been a huge eye opener. Am hoping D.A is that rare commodity an honest one. Eyeballs on stalks !!

Broadly agree , reserve judgement on D.A , balance required , sing loudly when company achieves , tell us considerably more about what we are working on . Still utterly perplexed as to what R& D have been doing for the last 12 months.
I think target should have been higher too but the bigger the revenue then the bigger their earnings , so the motivation to aim high is still there.
I think the fish who should be held accountable has wriggled off the hook and is off enjoying the bait. That is not to say I believe he lied , simply as CEO he was responsible. I would love to be told walked or pushed :(

Titles are meaningless.
I recall vividly reading a McKinsey report ( used them annually) The salary range for a SVP ranged from 85k to 170K
The level below VP was 50K to 140k
The staff were constantly in riot over staff with lower rankings being paid more ( lols )
I recall one SVP saying well demote me and pay me 140k , you can stuff your title and the accompanying 90k.
Years ago, so figures not now relevant. If you then went to a non fee earning area of the bank , the salary bands accompanying the grades/ titles were radically diff ( substantially lower ) another reason for multiple whining.
Titles mean nothing , the colour of money and career prospects , the ability to see a career path projection is what has attracted me to work at A B C , pretty similar to why I invest in Novacyt. I see the huge potential and the ability to make a big roi.

Valju , a facts a fact. I long ago ceased wondering at the musings of men :) or what is posted when. Also included in that RNS is the sale of 500 Q16's and 300 Q32's in 2021. So everyone else TAC , Wren, Katalyast etc. can successfully use the Q's but our lovely honest govt has an issue 20 months after receiving them , think they are having a giraffe.
Take a very very conservative no.
1000 instrument's in the big bad world. We know 800 in 2021 and we've sold for years ( hence conservative )
Let us say each machine processes 30 tests a day at £ 6.00 again a conservative figure , which should be more then easily achievable as they convert RUO tests and also indeed include such RUO as they continue to be sold.

So 1000 × 30 = 30, 0000 tests per day.

So 30,000 daily tests x £6.00 = £ 180,000.00 a day.
180,000.00 × 252 ( working days non pandemic) =
£45, 360, 000.00 p.a
So easily achievable , should far exceed that as more instruments sold. So the five year £100, 000, 000 should be a no brainer.

No it's not I had it confirmed too BYP.
Others have too. The instruments Tata use are manufactured in the UK nu IT IS. I however have no idea if that is 20 , 200 or any other number one could select. I specifically asked where the instruments Tata showed in their linked in where manufactured because folks were saying they could be copying ours. They are ours.

To add to your post Wilson , she's not joined to manage small projects , that would be a backwards step , something she was told incentivised her to join , so hopefully a bio JV pending or a Tata / Tata1mg partnership. Time will tell.
