Drb the counterclaim will be Rns'd by my calculations prior to the 24th of June. I read a whole load of 'stuff' on time scales , extensions etc.. I expect it to be brief and not much more then a figure as I would guess that what's the legal eagles will advise. My issue is that it will be difficult to ascertain what they are claiming.
As Novacyt already hold considerable sums that are in dispute will that be included in the counterclaim ? Or will it be just what is owed ? What is owed plus stock ordered in anticipation ( perhaps told to order ) or money owed , stock ordered , loss of earnings . The figure may look smaller then what the DHSC are claiming because we already hold funds. I hope there is an explanation but suspect there may not be, Kaeren

On the 20th May full sequencing for Monkeypox , the new variant hadn't even been completed. Novacyt would work from that , not old sequences so I think a distributor has jumped the gun. The same happened last year with Victory Scientfic who were promoting Winterplex. I expect Novacyt will announce as soon as it is ready .

I don't think we need to consider next year at the moment.
I envisage the following scenario as being most likely.
An issuing of a counter claim within the next few weeks.
Note. If I see a counterclaim with just a number , one must consider that we are already in possession of the bulk of the funds and we may just see a counterclaim for the additional funds owing and perhaps for the additional stock we ordered. In other words it may not be for a similar amt as the DHSC claim as they have already paid us and are trying to claim it back.
The company putting into action some form of M&A , futile to sit with revenue diminishing awaiting outcome of DHSC debacle, senior MGT must be aware of this and I expect to see some action. This may be expedited by the claim issued by the DHSC as they now know speedy resolution is not a immediate consideration.
Regarding sale of PCR and LFT tests , let's see what the global demand is as B.A4 and B.A5 take hold.
Was intresting to see the education minister is having to get involved in the huge staff absences due to long covid , the NHS is suffering too , will only get worse as each variant hits. A vault face would not suprise me.
In principal I agree we have to move and rapidly away from Covid and that can be achieved quickly thru acquisitions , let's see.

Louis I too can see many different arguements that could be applied to voting strategy. Without doubt the company need to understand that the lack of communication has been unacceptable and contributed to the decline in SP. I am however loathe to do anything that may impact the SP negatively or strengthen Biosynex 's position, as we simply do not know their intentions.
I have therefore voted to ratify D.Allmond as I do not want a total unknown entering the frame as D.A is now etablished and we should start to see results. I have voted
no to two other resolutions. Everyone will have different opinions and rightly so. I will sit as a bystander with this as I do not want in any way to influence or be accused of influencing anyones decision at a future date. It is down to Novacyt to court it's shareholders and they know what is required.

Biosynex 's voting is an interesting one , no doubt at all that they will vote strategically, wholly dependent upon why they have invested. The point I was trying to make a few days back albeit poorly was , they may only hold 5.34 % of shares but that is a huge amt when only 20 % of shareholders turn out to vote. Shame it won't be transparent how they've voted to us . However I'm sure Nova will know.

Larry I have tried reading the Aim and AMF and cannot answer that . I will try elsewhere at the weekend and will write to company requesting answer.

I suggest reading the annual report. It is very informative re direction of travel. It even breaks down target markets and expected market size at future dates.

Rebel doesn't equate to sell and what what one does in round one may well be very different to round two. Called strategic voting Clueless !
